I've been one of the silent one following this thread since day #1, haven't posted much since it was very "noisy" here. Now that things are a lot more quite, I'll try to participate a bit more to the comunity here and on reddit, I have a lot of ideas and things I wish for this coin and will post about them later. Meanwhile I would like to share my opinion about the situation USDE is facing now:

For me the coins remains a good investment but will try to explain why USDE is currently low IMHO

- Bitcoin market crashed, which is not the first time and not the laste time we are seeing that, we have to think long term here and crypto can only go up
- MaxCoin is being pumped, seeing this coin's launch we can see that amateurs are behind it (even if the marketing is good: Mex Keiser)
- Doge reward is about to halves, I think a lot of people are currently mining this coin hoping that the value will go up after halving (I am one of them, yeah well everyone's has to pay its electricity bill no ?)
- USDE had been dumped (not sure about it touhg, haven't checked the trading volumes): Between the few days on top of CoinWarz + Drazi having a free 5M wallet + weak hand, I wouldn't be surprise about a dump


All of the above are in fact good news ! BitCoin can only come back stronger, as usual; MaxCoin will go down once well pumped; Doge will be soon less attractive and weak hands/dumpers left the coin all of that show that we still have a bright future for this coin.

All we have to do is to show the world that we are still alive and when the good days come back we will all benefit from it. As a first attempt, I started to request to the persons that launched USDe thread on other language to update the main page to better reflects the change and life of the coin.

Wow , this is one rare post in the altcoin section.
Usually people claim that bitcoin will die and will be replaced by their owncoin as number one.

Let's face it: Bitcoin is the number one cryptocurrency and will remain the number one for a while, there currently some serious long term challenger, USDe being one of them. I hope that we will take down Bitcoin but well, it'll take a lot time, a lot of work and little bit of chance

If I am here it is because I belive in this coin, otherwise I would be on Bitcoin or on some other coins, on the other hand I am not dreaming: taking down Bitcoin or only being ahead of Bitcoin is no simple mission: it's the only crypto that is (a little bit) known from general public, it has the best tools/support from community, it has the biggest market cap, the biggest dev community, etc.
Still there's room for other coins : we can be one of them and there's still room for improvement; we can also bring those improvments

We need to remake the logo... i think the current USDe logo is the thing of the started past.. a new logo (lot more professional new look) that represent the new era of USDe. and also the facebook page needs a new banner as well.. the current banner "IMO" to me shows nothing but quick fast money freedom.. USDe is not about get rich quick, its about long term business.

My suggestion is that this coin is has all the right marketing potential to do the same for USA. I know that's sorta the direction it seems but I would hope marketing would show this to be on same par with these coins.

The potential is huge here, and make that clear before someone else launches a similar coin.

There are a lot of non-USA citizens mining, trading and investing in USDe (like myself). I do not think all of them would like this idea.

Iceland's coin will have a Viking on it, India's coin won't be available to the "untouchables", Scotland's coin will have a bagpipe, and the Native American coin won't be able to be taxed.

Yeah, agree on this. There's investors and miners involved, I don't think you can just up the total amount of coins, that's what the Fed would do. (No personal attack intended)
