The FAQ says nothing about having to deposit, you don't have to deposit anything. He said the FAQ is correct.
The rollover requirements require that you place a minimum of 20 wagers in the sports book, casino or a mixture of both the sportsbook and casino with a minimum of 10 sportsbook wagers and the total value of your wagers must be three times your deposit and bonus amount in order to withdraw the bonus.

I made an account and just started playing normally. You can see the broken video poker machine I was playing on page 3 of this thread. Then I played "fast blackjack" for a while. It's also broken and won't let you bet more than half your balance. And I seemed like I was getting super unlucky, but I know that happens sometimes.
So, I just started making a whole bunch of accounts just to test it using the voucher. Didn't even care if it paid out. I created 13 new accounts and each time placed the entire balance from the voucher on either red or black in roulette. Every single time I lost. Odds of that happening on a wheel with 0 and 00 are (20/38)^13 = 0.00023779525 or less than 3 in 10000.
Do not gamble your money here until they really show it is provably fair, because as of now, I can guarantee some of these games are rigged.
EDIT: I would have kept going on roulette but my IP was blocked.
Aren't you just a genius, geniusboy91? If you realized the games weren't paying, what didn't you let them know instead of creating numerous accounts and betting max? The result would've been the same if you bet the min! They admitted on another thread that they were having issues. And they reissued credit to people who were affected by the issues. Don't you feel smart... you messed up your chance to get another free voucher, haha!

Did you try tilting the phone? Some require the phone to be held sideways.

Yip, I had the same issue too. They might need to recruit a techie who knows how to tune the games.

Did you try tilting the phone? Some require the phone to be held sideways. Why are you being so vague? Makes people think you're being shifty, and I'm trying to give you the benefit of the doubt on this. So you DO need to make a deposit, is that what you're saying?

Okay, I can confirm, you can't play on phones. It's simple.
But I wonder why did that thing posted on promotions page.

Sorry, not trying to be vague, just trying to respond to every post and PM as quickly as possible. Yes, an actual deposit IS required to withdrawal funds. Yip, I had the same issue too. They might need to recruit a techie who knows how to tune the games.
We will look into the mobile issue and rectify it immediately.

The game can be not buggy and still not fair. It so happens that at the moment they are unfair AND buggy.

Sorry if this has already been asked. If you deposit with BTC are you able to withdraw using other methods? I am US resident so neteller and stuff isn't an option.

Yes, but for US residents, I'd recommend sticking to bitcoin. If you need an easy way to cash BTC into bank wire/deposits, or vice versa, I can recommend some options that I've used quickly and successfully in the past. We can also work directly with you if you need a wire or cash out solution that is not on the list of options.

You have this on the site now I see:
Please note deposits and winnings originating from free promotional vouchers are not eligible for withdrawal.
But you can withdraw voucher/winnings if you deposit bitcoin too right? and meet rollover requirements.

I went ahead and deposited 5 btc here and was playing happily. They offered nice, competitive pricing in line with nitrogen, but now the vig is much higher.
I honestly feel like i've been deceived since I wouldnt have sent in this money had i known the pricing would go from -105/-105 to -121/-113
What is going on?

We installed a development update last night that set a couple things out of whack. Please check back in a few minutes and it should be back to normal. Sorry about that.

the voucher system you have is total crap. there is no way to withdraw now with them. it's a total scam.
you claim there are rollover requirements but you don't say how much of a deposit people need to make to use the voucher. I was fine but now everyone is complaining otherwise.
