you have to deposit any amount you want, and do a rollover of 3472€
to be able to withdraw the 112€

Apparently they are having problems with people just generating a bunch of accounts... guess that explains it.
Using a single voucher code probably wasn't a great idea.

Yip. I'm sure they lost some before they realized what people were doing. I was skimming through the thread and people who didn't even post for a voucher were asking why they can't withdraw. My husband's cousin's bother's daughter told me that I could sign up, play for 2 minutes then withdraw this free 50 bucks. |

A while ago i am chatting to the support about withdraw and it work out all fine
The req is to deposit matching amount as the free voucher and free voucher and free bonus total amount have to be waged 20x .
Please correct me if i am wrong , Coinbet

The code itself wasn't the problem. The people signing up then wanting to withdrawal it immediately were. We WANT people to be able to play for free if they want to test out our games. Hell, we've even been generous and rewarding with people who played for a long time on the site using the voucher. We just don't want to let people get away with obviously trying to rip us off. The goal here, if it wasn't obvious to some of these people, was to get new players to the website, not to just randomly hand people free money and have them leave and never return. Now, as a result, we are having to implement a new rule that free voucher credits are not eligible for withdrawal unless you have deposited a cash or BTC amount equal or greater than the total of free credits and bonuses, then wagered the total combined amount according to our wager/rollover requirements. The real sad part is we did similar promotions on other forums and websites, and didn't have this problem elsewhere. Oh well, live and learn I guess. The bottom line is we want people to enjoy our site and be able to make deposits and withdrawals without problems. We handle them quickly, usually within one hour unless they are flagged for further review. We want to provide a seamless and, most of all, enjoyable gaming experience. I'm disappointed that some people wanted to ruin the fun of others, in order to take advantage of us for a fairly small amount of money. It's troubling the extent some people will go to in order to try to pull one over on us for a few extra bucks. Sad, really. Like I said though, live and learn. We're here, we're learning, and we're adapting as needed. We're not going anywhere, and we hope the TRUE players who want to gamble and play games will appreciate our service. Thanks to everyone who has been supportive and helped us with our launch and we hope you continue to enjoy our site. It means a lot to us and we really appreciate it.  |

Okay, I've read through this entire thread trying to figure out how much I needed to bet to be able to make a withdraw. I received the free $50 voucher and the $100 bonus for a total of $153. Yes, $153. If I'm reading this correctly
"* Regarding 100% First Deposit Bonus for casino and sportsbook, player needs to purchase a minimum of $50 in the account currency and wager 10 times the amount of bonus for sportsbook and 20 times for casino before making any withdrawals. A minimum odds of 1.8 is applied to all sports bets. Cancelled bets are not counted to be deducted from wagering requirement amounts. I need to wager at least $1530 in the sports book and $3060 at the casino. Is this correct?
After this would I be able to cash out (assuming I still had money)?
If these amounts are incorrect what are the correct amounts?

Do I have to send $50 worth of BTC to cash out? or $150?
Also, If i send $50/150 worth of BTC how much then do I need to wager to be able to cash out?
Do my previous bets count toward the rollover amount or will it start from there?
Your Terms page could be arranged a little better, so as to find the answers to these questions.

I used the voucher for $50 a few days ago. I've bet for a few days and won some money on the sportsbook. Then there is the requirement of making a deposit in at least the amount of the bonus and then meeting the rollover requirements which have been explained in this thread and in the FAQ to be 20 bets and 3 x times rollover of the deposit plus voucher (which for me is $100). So I deposited with bitcoin, bet well over $300, and made more than 20 bets after depositing. I even confirmed with support that after I did this I would be able to deposit and withdraw at will.
I requested an "instant withdrawal" three times now and I got one response that looked like a canned response that I needed to check the rollover requirements and they would be on the transaction page. The transaction page says I have $700 available for withdrawal (and I've only requested $500 as I plan to continue playing there). Then I got no response to the next two requests asking why I can't withdraw. I feel like I was suckered into depositing and now they won't respond to me or let me withdraw, which I need in order to keep playing there. I have proof of all this so I just wanted to warn others until/if I get a resolution.

Sorry for the delayed response, it was the middle of the night, Friday night/Saturday AM. We try to keep someone on support for a minimum of 18-20hrs a day, usually more, but if you ever do not get a response try to give it a few hours, especially on weekends. Deposit must, be the total of voucher + bonus. And you have to do the rollover again. |
