I will reiterate that I deposited .05 BTC And only got $50 in my account where it should have been over $55, according to the rate coinbet posted in their site. So is just warn people who choose to deposit to watch out for that.

Really? Email this to support with the time of deposit and TXID and you'll be credited accordingly if there really was a discrepancy. |

The Wire Act or Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) may not cover BTC since it might not be considered a legitimate currency. All books are in the same quandary with Bitcoins and players from the US. I don't know if coinbet will be a stiff book or great book. We only have a handful of fair casinos, and we could definitely use another with a large variety of games. The terms of certain payment processors require that we include the language you quoted in our terms and conditions, but bitcoin provides the anonymity needed for US players to still use our casino if they choose to. We have never terminated an account because it was from a particular country and we never will.
This is great! So one can deposit/withdraw BTC without actually signing up for an account? Since I already signed up I'll use mine but I'm making sure I understand. If you broke down scams player to book, 95% of the time it's the player that is trying to scam. I wouldn't go as far to say 95% is all on the players; it's pretty evident how often we get scammed, which is why we're so damn weary! If I were Coinboss and everything he said was true, I would not even request my funds back, I would be pulling out the guns and looking for suspicious people. I've watched Casino and wouldn't want to end up in a shallow desert grave. How did he scam the casino? All I see is that multiple accounts were apparently opened which violated the T&C but that is not scamming. I don't know and really this has been a fun read but exhausting at the same time.
There are still unanswered questions we have but this thread is so freakin messy I can't even find specific posts! And I doubt that everything coinboss said is true. Did he win 21k? Sure, but by fraudulent means. No one should expect coinbet..cc to explain in grave detail how the scam was executed (putting ideas in the minds of some) so be satisfied with the explanation provided - it was enough for us to determine from the start coinboss tried to pull a fast one! Hell if I were coinbet.cc, I wouldn't give him the initial deposit back, but that's me. And what is Casino, a movie? lol, do you honestly think it's that serious? Please don't make into that. 1) We don't know this yet. We can't use coinboss' win as a basis to make this accusation because the win was void from the start! What would be a nice to know is why coinboss had to pay the 6k to claim the 21k, keeping in mind this was before the rep knew his account was under investigation. 2) Fair, there was an issue with the slots' difficulty level and the vouchers (those are the claims relating to not being provably fair I recall, but there could be more), but they made attempts to correct the issue. |

I would like to point out two things that I consider different from the norm at this book compared to other sportsbook I've played at.
1. If you bet a 2 play parlay, if you win one and push the second, the book counts the entire parlay as a push and does not pay you on the 1/2 of the parlay you won (i'm not sure what happens if you bet 3 or 4 teams and one of them push while the others win.)
2. I bet a soccer team, +2 goals, and the team lost by 2 goals. It was graded as a loss. I have no idea why this isn't a push but support told me their grading was correct. I have never seen this before at a sportsbook.
I mention these because these are 2 things I haven't see at other sportsbooks and I wouldn't want people to be (sadly) surprised, like I was.

I made my first deposit today .1 BTC. I'm communicating with tech support right now via email and I'm told the issue should be fixed in a few hours. But here's what's going on....
In the beginning many of us complained of the slots not paying. It's true. There was a time I spun over 1000x without a single win. Of course I could care less because it was free voucher credit. We were told there was an issue with the slot difficulty level and the vouchers. Okay, I can live with that, but the problem is, it's still doing it and it's my btc this time! Plus, 3 scatters don't result in free spins as they should. I sent tech support an email with the screenshot and the rep said he didn't see the scatters. I would post it here, but I don't think there's a need. I just found it hilarious that I had to point them out! And I also did not receive the 200% bonus, but I'm sure this will be honored.
In the interim, I'm withdrawing what I have left. I just hope that when I make another deposit, the 200% will be granted since I didn't get it this time. I'm waiting to hear from tech support to see what they have to say about it.

I had to break this up... Just the important lines, some bolded for emphasis. Why do I ask for my deposit back some ask? Because I honestly believe thats all ill get from the person that operates this site.
Here's the facts, I guess by rule I did break the t & c. But only by me and some of my buddies logging in to their site from the same location ( mind you I don't see how this is scamming or how it gives the player any edge.) I didn't even play in the same vicinityas those guys ( our stations are on compleatly different sides of the building) so doing this wasn't a problem before as we explained it to coinbet before the big winning when they asked why we had the same ip we explained and it was okay then.(note before I had won it was fine that we played from the same network becuase they told us it was).
I used only one voucher on the account I registered and it was erased along with any money won using the funds from that voucher. I deposited my own btc. (note at this point I have no funds from any vouchers or bonuses in my account balance). I use my own btc to win around 26-27 btc.
When I ask to withdraw the funds I'm told that my accounts been placed on hold until the fraud team determines if I was a legitimate player or not. Get a call the next day claiming that my account has cleared manual review and is currently available to be withdrawn from. I asked to call them back later (sleeping at the time and don't wanna make and calls while asleep)call back ask to withdraw my funds and am told the story about the software and win rate percentage being to high.
Am told I need to deposit 1/3 of whatever I wanna withdraw.
Come to bitcoin talk and explain my story to you guys. (mixed responses but mostly called a scammer and people siding with coinbet) am told by friend to inform casino obese retaining lawyer and then got death threat. Ill be following up on this situation more off this forum were I will get results and not trolls. But really guys just ask yourself what type of program requires you deposit 1/3 of what ever your trying to withdraw really just ask yourselfs
Interesting. Im glad you decided to post your side of the story. I'm sure there will be lots of questions. If this is really the way it went down, coinbet.cc's T&C is going to cause a lot of headache down the road for many. Makes you wonder, if the slots' difficulty was initially too high (experienced by most to be true), how are we not to believe the win rate wasn't set too high, even if by accident? Now I'm asking myself, did coinbet pull their T&C card so they didn't have to pay? My husband set up an account on his computer, only played for a short while... But what's stopping coinbet from using the 'multiple accounts in one environment' stipulation on me??? Technically, I did violate (as I'm sure 99% of us are in violation), unknowingly or not. I think it's time for those Terms and Conditions to be read by everyone who plays, or is considering to play here. |

Yes, it does. And I don think we'll get a response, but we'll see. Actually the way the terms are written, I'd be surprised if anyone could win an argument regarding it. Yesterday I deposited BTC and didn't get the 200% deposit bonus, or the Thursday deposit bonus either. The slots still weren't not paying and I didn't want to risk my coins as I've played 1000x in a row with a single win. Because I made an actual deposit and wasn't using free credits, it couldn't be an issue with free vouchers like we were initially told. I can't believe that now. I requested a withdrawal, which was processed quickly, but I've yet to hear from support about getting the first time deposit bonus, if I make another. At this point, I still don't know who to believe, but if what you said is true, why give in? That's a lot of money to just let go, especially if it was because you played in the same environment as someone. So if my girlfriends and I are hanging out in a coffee shop using their wi-if... Guess what, if one if us wins big and coinbet didn't want to pay, we could be disqualified, plain and simple. That's there rule, not my interpretation. I'm starting to wonder if they had the money to pay. Having to deposit 6btc just to turn around and withdraw doesn't make any sense. But I bet... The distraction trick will not help. We are not the same people but if we are what does it do for coinbets argument why are people focused on that verses why coinbets hasn't provided any evidence that couldn't be facted by a desperate person trying not to pay 26 btc. And I never said I give up I just choose not to continue this battle on this battle ground I choose to fight or in the real world where I already have a police report processing.
