I think coinbet will have a explain for that , And i don think theres player playing thier casino . Thier Sportsbook are the best among in bitcoin gambling . Everyone admit that .

Ignore the idiot above you. He has no evidence to back up his baseless claims. He's just making things up as he goes.

Our business is properly licensed, our software is not pirated, and he's got an anti-CoinBet agenda (oh and he's openly admitted being a federal snitch). It's obvious who he is to most people and why he's taking this stance. It's pathetic.

IDK, but I come back after a couple of days and all hell broke loose on thread again. But I can say it did give me reason to remove the link for BCP from my signature.

tl;dr: Alan, aka Aksplace, aka BitcoinCasinoPro took money from us in exchange for his "advertising" (e.g. "pay me to write good things about you or else i'll write bad things about you.") then claimed we were federal agents and/or NSA, while simultaneously claiming we were under investigation by some random federal body, all in an effort to justify his not returning our money when he failed to write said good things, which we really only wanted for the SEO value anyway.

I guess he thinks we're federal agents who are being investigated by federal agents. You know, because that makes so much sense, right? :-P

That's all.

We wouldn't advertise with this moron, failed at extorting us, so here he is on our forum spreading lies and embarrassing himself.

This will be our last post about this bottom feeder, but for the "record" no pun intended, here is a window into his soul>>>>

 Criminal Record:

Name: Alan Dean Karre Jr
Offense: Passing Bad Check - Less Than $500
Offense Date: 1/25/2008
Location: Missouri
Court: Criminal Court
Case Number: 0831-CR04410
Offender IDMG119969953356800170520831-CR0441020080610

Links to other extortion rackets and petty shake down attempts by this fumbling idiot:

http://mb.winneronline.com/showthread.html?p=117702&mode=threaded

Alan Karre is a well-documented internet scammer. He is the owner of bitcoincasinopro.com I will post some links for others to read.

I found it worthwhile to read through this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=310568.0

Alan Karre is a blackmailing expert and will go to all levels to extort money from reputable websites. His site is a flaw all together and there are far better bitcoin review sites to look at.

We knew he was a blackmail/extortion artist, he made that clear, and many people warned us about him. We also knew his site was pretty lame, but it has decent SEO and that was the value for us, as far as doing business with him, extortion or not. From an SEO standpoint, it was pretty much worth paying him to write positive things, as opposed to having him do the opposite. He does have fairly good rankings for some great keywords. We figured the link juice was worth the amount he was charging (er, demanding). Unfortunately, he came up with some ridiculous reasoning to avoid giving us the coverage he promised AFTER taking our money, and then things got weird..

Oh well.. at least he exposed himself for the scammer many, many people knew him to be.

So I know he's pretty much at war with a few casinos but I figured it was because he was exposing their laundry and they were just lashing back. So did you get your money back?

Nope. He claims he can no longer communicate with us in any way due to advice from his non-existent lawyer (you know, due to the whole being investigated AND being feds thing), so that pretty much makes getting the money back near impossible.

I'm sure we could establish a registered agent and file suit in his local jurisdiction if we really wanted to press the issue, but there's a popular phrase in the legal profession about suing people like him: You can't squeeze blood from a turnip.

Not to mention the fact that the cost of pursuing it would likely outweigh anything we could collect from the guy, and we'd prefer to keep our company out of the US legal system, or the US in general, for obvious reasons.

Such is life!

Oh and no, he's not at war with any casinos because he exposed any dirty laundry. He's at war because he demands 6-12BTC in order to not go to war with them, and some of them have decided to call him out rather than pay for his "services." Some people might call that extortion, which is funny considering he openly admitted to reporting us to the feds for "questionable financial transactions." The best part of that, however, is that he quoted a statute that applies to financial institutions, not "businesses" like his. The guy literally gets his legal advice from google searches, and that's about it. He's not very bright.

Why is the bitcoin exchange rate at CoinBet so low?

Under $500 per BTC

Most exchanges are $100 higher.

Thanks,

I have reported his website and personal information to ic3.gov already. I have gotten an initial response and I am communicating them on a need-basis to provide them with information. If you can, I might need some evidence from you to help the case.

It uses an average between several different exchanges... we are working to remove MtGox from the data that it uses due to recent events. That will bump it back up a bit, since Gox is much lower than most right now.

Can you email some info/details to support@coinbet.cc so management can consider it and see what, if anything, we can help with with regards to "BitcoinCasinoPro" and his scams?

I have a case number and couple of interactions back and forth as of now. I will provide you with the details in an email. I don't even think Alan is aware that his site violates several US regulations from what I was informed today. Lets end his internet extortion and blackmailing.

Thanks.

I'm trying to figure out why a bitcointalk.org mod hasn't taken care of alan. If a member of this forum is extorting a reputable member then shouldn't something happen. As for this guy claiming probably fair isn't available on this site. Probably because they are fair and don't have to use a flawed system to confirm the fairness I'll link you guess to the real inside knowledge to the probably fair system and guess what it's flawed.

I'm on a phone atm so the link isn't working but Google provably_fair_by_bitzino_not_provable by reddit and you'll find information on this so called provably fair games. What it comes down to is we gotta trust the places we play at. If we don't then we should just move to the next place. I have yet to see some thing that breaks my faith in coin bets ability to be resilient

Very interesting. Personally, I'm not the type to want to involve any authorities in anything even remotely bitcoin related, but feel free to shoot that email over and I'll forward it on to management.

I am, however, all for ending this guy's extortion activities.

I think the mods generally want to take a hands-off approach here. Otherwise they assume additional liability with regards to the activities occurring on this forum in general.

Regardless, I appreciate your kind and positive comments about CoinBet and our abilities Smiley We're here for the long haul and hopefully that's starting to be evident by how we stand up against these kind of people.
