Cris, I really have no desire to argue with you about this, so it's pointless to continue debating it. I'm sorry if you feel I said anything that was not up to par with your expectations.
The bottom line is we reserve the right to terminate an account for a violation of our terms and conditions. If we do that, we will still refund the money deposited. In most cases, we will work with the user to correct the violation instead of terminating them. After all, our players' enjoyment is our priority here.
We have thousands of happy players. I'm sorry you were not one of them, but we refunded your money when we noticed a problem with slots provided by a particular software provider. We really appreciate you taking the time to point out the problem. We rectified it and will replace those games ASAP.
In the meantime, we are focusing on improving in every way possible. We are very pleased with the results our players are having on our site (many, many happy players), and we want to always improve upon these experiences and give great experiences to new players as well.

Ok... Thanks coinbet, I suppose. An apology really isn't needed. This is the way you started conducting business, somehow in the mist of the issues that you had going on things got out of control for a bit, but seems like you're back. Welcome back. And I don't dispute what your rights are regarding your T&Cs; I understand them. In my opinion I just think you should include a review of it during your process improve initiative, that's all. I don't doubt that you have happy players; and again - no apology needed. I didn't have a problem with your casino, I stated that numerous times. I was really looking forward to when you got your new slots. I wasn't joking. I'm partial to the point that I never held that slot error issue against you. I applaud the fact that you guys are working to improve operations. I don't wish you any bad will, I actually wish you well  For the sake of this community, and from my experience of what we currently have out there... I still hope you become an asset. I don't consider you one of those fly-by-nights we discussed, never have. We're (everyone) watching your ability to overcome some of the issues in this thread. You're moving along making effort. The feed providers may limit action on occasion, but if you check back you may see it open again. We do not have control over this, unfortunately, the providers we use do. |

Rollover requirements are listed on your transactions page under 'my account' and will update as you play, letting you know what is remaining Wagering requirements for sports: 10x. Minimum odds for sports bets 1.8. Wagering requirements for casino: 20x We are in the process of removing the match bonus, but haven't finished yet. We are trying to remove it from all the front end, splash pages, promos, etc. before actually removing the function itself. If, however, you deposit today and do not get it, email support@coinbet.cc and let us know you were hoping to get it and we'll give it to you manually. Thanks! |
