They have NEVER said that before right now.  This is ridiculous.  They sent out all these vouchers and paid out some of them and now are saying they won't pay them out anymore.

You need to wager real funds in addition to the voucher (BTC, USD, EUR, etc) to be eligible for withdrawal.

We're not in the business of simply giving away free money for you to withdrawal immediately. That would make no sense.

If you make a deposit, those funds are available for withdrawal immediately. If you use a free voucher, you must deposit an equivalent amount and play by the wager requirements to be able to withdrawal it.

If someone used a free voucher and played a substantial number of games, we might make an exception, but obviously the goal is to get people playing with real money. It would make no sense, from any reasonable standpoint, to give away free $50 vouchers and allow them to be immediately withdrawn.

Now, it appears a few people are trying to take advantage of the free vouchers, using the codes to generate 100's of fake accounts per hour, and trying to withdrawal funds via our automated withdraw options so unless this ceases, we will have to terminate the free vouchers altogether.

There's always someone willing to ruin everyone else's fun when they don't get their way. Sorry.

Huh? While I totally agree that it's not sustainable to allow people to withdraw immediately (players scam too), I thought there was only a rollover requirement (unattainable as it is for me) to withdraw? Now you have to make a deposit? I just trying to make sure I understand is all.

They've been posted in this thread before (or maybe it's the other one). Nevertheless, the rollover requirements on sports (wagering requirements) are 10x the bonus. In the casino, it's 30x.

So now you're claiming that a "bonus" is the voucher you gave us?  So if I deposited $50 with the voucher like you gave us, then we need to wager $500?  what about the "real deposit" requirement you just mentioned.

I made an account and just started playing normally. You can see the broken video poker machine I was playing on page 3 of this thread. Then I played "fast blackjack" for a while. It's also broken and won't let you bet more than half your balance. And I seemed like I was getting super unlucky, but I know that happens sometimes.

So, I just started making a whole bunch of accounts just to test it using the voucher. Didn't even care if it paid out. I created 13 new accounts and each time placed the entire balance from the voucher on either red or black in roulette. Every single time I lost. Odds of that happening on a wheel with 0 and 00 are (20/38)^13 = 0.00023779525 or less than 3 in 10000.

Do not gamble your money here until they really show it is provably fair, because as of now, I can guarantee some of these games are rigged.

EDIT: I would have kept going on roulette but my IP was blocked.

Our casino is for people who want to gamble. Not people who want to find some underhanded way to take free money. There's plenty of legitimate ways to earn free money in a casino. It's really not that hard to understand. Be reasonable and you'll get the same in return.

Sports bets are graded (we call it settled, settlement) within a few minutes after the official results are published.

FYI sometimes we can delay settlement if the risk management software flags user accounts or their bets, so certain bets might be settled later upon manual review.

It looks like we will have no choice but to stop the free vouchers. We thought people would enjoy using them to test out our games, but unfortunately it seems there's a small number of people hellbent on taking advantage of them hoping to get free money without playing the games.

The FAQ says nothing about having to deposit, you don't have to deposit anything.  He said the FAQ is correct.
