Should invest on ripple or litecoin ?

I want to buy some coin and hold it for at least 1 year. What should I invest on, ripple or litecoin ?

i think ripple will be better. I really enjoyed it because it was a special business with cooperation from 6 big banks and many other big partners. How can Litecoin get such a big advantage as Ripple? In this comparison, I do not appreciate Litecoin.
