Has anybody got some instructions or a "how to" on setting up a mining pool for coino ?
Actually I only want the instructions to set up a coino server node so that it keeps a copy of the block chain.
Sorry: I should have mentioned for Ubuntu 64bit 12.04 LTS

Thanks to all of the people that started mining at con.poolers.org we are already finding blocks but its a little slow going since the net hashrate is so high. Bring over another 50 MH/s and I will announce the first mining contest. Some reasons to mine at https://con.poolers.org -Poolers.org is hosted by a tier 1 datacenter in the US. -We provide a safe mining pool. Most of the MPOS pools look the same on the surface but poolers.org has invested money into security. We pay a CDN company to protect us from DDoS attacks. Also our web traffic is SSL encrypted. If your pool doesn't work with Https at the front of the address the traffic is not safe from attackers. Don't get your account stolen! -We make mining fun by holding regular contests. The contests are designed in a way that gives everyone a chance at winning something, even if you don't have the highest hashrate. -Early members that start mining with us before it is as profitable as the other big pools receive a special advantage in the first contest. We have received a lot more than 20 signups so far but you have to start mining to get 0% fees locked in forever. There were only 18 people mining when I logged in so I will lock in the next 2 people to start. might i suggest you give a small bonus to block finders? just until you get a good hashrate going that helped coino.info alot when it started you should be able to get some bounty from coino to help with that? I usually give away everything I mine toward bonuses in the beginning but this one jumped up to 1GH/s so fast that I haven't been able to participate in the rush of coins that you usually get right after a launch. Until things pick up a bit all I can offer is better security than the other pools. I may be a little late to the game for Coino but I really like the feel of this one so I will stick around for a while and see what happens. I like to make mining fun and give away prizes that are actually worth something now, rather than something that may or may not be worth something in the future (eg. coins). I prefer prizes like xbox consoles or radeon video cards. Of course it doesn't make sense to give those kind of things away until both the pool and the coin are successful but I think Coino will be one of the coins that makes it. 1GH/s this early on is a big indication. People tend to go with the heard when it comes to pools. Wherever the most blocks are being found. It takes a few early members with nice hashrates to get things going, even when it might not be the most profitable place to be at the time. Pools would never get anywhere if it weren't for the people that joined when the hashrate was low, rather than following the more typical behavior of migrating to where everyone else is. I always remember the early members that make the initial investment in the pool and make sure that later on it pays off big for them. It hasn't been too bad for a first day though. We got 34 members in less than 24 hours and we've solved some blocks, we just need a lot more since the net hash is so high for a new coin. I really like that the dev is making an effort to get people to to spread out though, even if it isn't really working lol. I noticed poolers.org is listed right below his on the front page rather than at the bottom of the list as it usually would be for the last pool to join.

I'm so glad I started mining Coino from the start because i'm making about 1/4 of what I did before and since i'm a very small miner I can't even imagine what it will be by this time next week because of how fast this coin is growing cx
