As node count goes up, MN payments per node go down. The straight-ish line through the middle is total daily minted DRK, of which the MNs get 10% split between them.

Lowest possible minted DRK is 2880, so 288 DRK per day divided by number of MNs. So there would have to be more than 288 MNs for the MN payment to be less than 1 DRK/day.
