It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Higher hash rate is not always better mate. Also, I don't mind paying a fee either.

Stability and reliability are the two main factors I look for first and foremost. I don't have a huge GPU farm so the larger pools are usually not my best choice.

Any progress with an idea of sharing a masternode ?
like 4 shareholders X 250 or 2 X 500 DRK ?

could bring more masternoodes in no time...

more is not better. I don't know to what point though.

This might also step over the boundaries where larger investors should be rewarded for larger risk taking.

Just putting it out there.

i m trying to making a claim: the more masternodes = stronger anonymity.
Profit is already very good, especially that most of the DRKs for masternodes where mined/bought long time ago...

we go north?
[/quote]

Doubt it just yet. I think the dip we had is people heard about a pump somewhere else... Could that be what ends up fulfilling the bubble chart prediction? Speculators moving out "temporarily" as they see more action somewhere else? I don't really care one way or the other, but I'm very curious to see what happens at this point as I'm trying to gain an understanding of how crypto markets work.

Gawd damn that is a sexy interface... I'm not mining DRK right now, but when I do, I'm going to try this pool... It was always going to take a lot to pull me away from xHash, so well done...

You just mentioned the two best looking pools and interfaces out there. Minep.it is more advanced, though.

But they do not always have the best choice available of coin pools Sad

And some of them are worthless because they never got any traction, so you end up solomining or 2/3 miners Sad

But if they can provide for better coins, I would always be there (except when in p2pools, witch are always my first choice Tongue)

They must be very new, they are lacking a lot of grunt on a lot of their pools...

The new generation have arrived and they brought their own currency...

Prepare for the update so we don't get any problems.

Timeline Update

At this point we are comfortable setting a firm release date for RC3. Release dates for versions beyond that will be updated as circumstances dictate and as development progresses.
RC3 (June 18th): Fully implemented Masternode payments (20% of each block), automatic checkpointing, fixes for network forking issues
RC4 (Mid July): Improved anonymity and removal of 10 DRK Darksend limitation
Code Audit: We will release details on this as they become available
RC5: Address any security issues or major bugs discovered in the audit
