I dumped 10k at lower than that  Embarrassed

....before realising the error of my ways and buying back in a few weeks later.   Cheesy

Excellent trading technique  Roll Eyes I like to do the same, i.e. lose a major position then wait-wait-wait, panic-panic and finally crack under the pressure and buy back in only to get 80% of what I had before.

P.S. Otoh sends his love for those extra 10 masternodes  Wink

Lol. It could have been Otoh I suppose.  I managed to tip the price below 50 when I dumped.  I remember Jessie Livermore doing backflips.

Of all the coins I have "let go" the ones I sold don't bother me.  It is the coins that I have had stolen from me that keep me awake at night.

EDIT:  The ones that I gambled away score somewhere in-between on the anger charts Cheesy

Is there any way to send a private short message (SMS) through DRK wallet to another user/address, so nobody else can see it?
I'm not talking about a chat-like service, just a short message..

nice write, ...although when he says "Darkcoin was launched as a fork of Litecoin - which is a fork of Bitcoin " maybe before he has to mention that now is exclusively bitcoin-based. (Sure someone can say this much better than me)

PS, action in progress Cool

"Different algorithms, i.e. the mathematical procedure for calculating and processing data
(it determines the speed at which the next “block” – set of transactions – is generated, how coins
are released, etc.).13 Despite being a very changeable attribute, two major algorithms can currently
be identified: SHA-256 (e.g. Bitcoin, Peercoin, Namecoin, Mastercoin) and Scrypt (e.g. Litecoin,
Dogecoin, Auroracoin), which could be described as an extension of the SHA-256 algorithm but
requiring more physical memory. In contrast to the former, for which specialised equipment for
“mining” was developed, deployed and therefore also needed to still be successful as “miner”, the
latter allowed “miners” to perform their activities with regular hardware. Currently, efforts are put
into using the X11 algorithm for reasons of higher cryptographic security and lower processing
costs, so it is quite possible that the algorithms mentioned above will be replaced shortly.  "

Apparently X11 is going to replace SHA-256 and Scrypt  Grin

and they say nothing good ever comes from the European Central Bank Smiley

but its good to see they invested some time (and our tax euro's) into studying the topic of cryptocurrency (or VCS as they call it)

Wow, looks like an interesting day guys, is the world re waking up to crypto, Dark and BTC in particular..  The amount of time we have been in a downtrend, the cash was always going to come back, I think the next few weeks are going to get very interesting...

I thought we would consolidate around here for a while but I am starting to think we could be seeing 0.02 sometime quite soon...
