Overtaking ltc (and growth in general) will require real-world use, and that simply takes time. So people focused on the short-term (traders for instance) may not want to leave their capital at risk that long, but rather exit when the technical picture is shaky (as it is now) and then buy back on the rebound.

But that is nothing to be upset about. If you're a true believer, simply ignore the market price and work on real-world adoption. If you're a trader, try to use the opportunities that may arise.

According to coinmarketcap, the biggest DASH/USD market accounts for 0.56% of the total trade volume, so I wouldn't read too much into that :-)

I agree 100%.  If this were to raise to $100/dash....I'd have to bail.  Something would be very wrong with that kind of movement. Slow gradual and shallow up and down raises with a slow up tick is what is wanted, especially from something that we are developing into a currency.  I looked at other coins doing 75% raises in a day and that raises all sorts of red flags.  .   Want an example of what is a good model?...BTC.  Been steady mid 200 to 280 range for quite awhile...thats positive and creates stability.  IMHO.

Sorry but all your compare(btc,ltc and all others) are wrong in my book,Its not down because it was goes so 'high'.Again the 100$ and still growth is an Image of the potential.The real thing is adoption/development,price is only an consequence of this.

Nothing is done about BTC,just gimmick talking,hacker still hacking...BTC become too 'political' it have fall on this side were it take years to do something. The thing,it is suppose to be an technologic innovation which is not more now,It take too much time.Something will happen... Slow steady rises with corrections are the best. I always try to focus on the volume, and right now the debt slave Gov paper promissory notes compared to Dash's proof of real work already done volume is looking very good and rising all the time.
Look at Cryptsy's Dash / bitcoin pair, its easily the highest !

Hmm ? Last time we've take 1-2$ to 17$ dollars in a month on a speculative pump(Instant X was not mention and Scalability  and all other stuff coming too...). Now in a month we've go to 2 to 6 dollars. Stop looking BTC chart and look USD.
 We're a damn still undervalue,we've stop our ride in the middle.... At least,we've stuck too much time jerking with this market...

This is true.  The price rises when more people enter into crypto, and that takes time.  I think our coin, DASH, is 1000 times better than Bitcoin, but it's newer, and most of it's publicity, this thread, lives in Alt-coin hell.  So we have to prove ourselves, DASH has to prove itself over a long haul in order to gain more acceptance than Bitcoin.  But it will happen.  And over all, you'll see the price climb in a steady rate.  Big jumps up or down scare people.  Right now, nobody is trading, the volume is almost nill, and that's why the price is down.  It's just bots and frightened people.  Any volume and the price goes right back to where we left off.  But that is healthy, and it will be clear to those who are still waiting on the side lines that it's a solid coin.
