http://yacy.de/en/Web Search by the people, for the people YaCy is a free search engine that anyone can use to build a search portal for their intranet or to help search the public internet. When contributing to the world-wide peer network, the scale of YaCy is limited only by the number of users in the world and can index billions of web pages. It is fully decentralized, all users of the search engine network are equal, the network does not store user search requests and it is not possible for anyone to censor the content of the shared index. We want to achieve freedom of information through a free, distributed web search which is powered by the world's users. This is very cool, going to play with this. Thanks.

Dash is 27.3 times faster with syncing and updating than Bitcoin and 93.7 times faster than Monero. Bitcoin (v0.11.0) has a Tao ratio 11.2% faster than bitcoin (v0.10.0) release. Dash (v.0.12.0.49) = Tao sync ratio = 0.15 seconds / hour of update || Dash (v.0.11.2.23) = Tao sync ratio = 0.24 seconds / hour of update. V12 versus V11 speedup = +36.5% Bitcoin (v.0.11.0) = Tao sync ratio = 4.14 seconds / hour of update || Monero (v.0.41.1) = Tao sync ratio = 14.2 seconds / hour of update

"When in doubt, stay out"... Still, Bitcoin is our backbone in many ways. It's hard to see it languishing, especially as far as real world use, it's #1, which means it's still not being adopted fast enough. Then I look on coinmarketcap.com and see one coin that has gone up almost 600% in the last 24 hours, go to read up on them, to see what is so great, and its so obviously another IPO P&D and I have to wonder how often people are going to play that game? I can see why bitcoin fan boys and girls are angry about all the alt coins. As they drive away people. Or scam them and drive them away. Very few coins, DASH of course being the top one, IMO, LOL, have really tried to innovate. It just amazes me that almost 2 years into alts being born in the thousands, that the same scam is still played, and apparently successfully. When is this going to stop? I don't mind alts with something new and possibly good to offer, but most of them offer nothing at all! Ugh!

I don't know, but there was an entity at least 9 months ago who was buying up coins, hitting numbers like pi 314159.... and I don't remember, the fibonacci sequence? I can't recall. But it's possible that this is the same account? Anyone know?

But it's possible that this is the same account? Anyone know? Inputs go all the way back to one of the first miners it appears. Granted, I figured there were some large holders of around 3-4% but double digits and constantly rolling 1k vins forward into new masternodes doesn't strike me as incredibly healthy for a currency. I kinda figured Evan had around 200-300k coins presently (after clearing over a million in usd equivalent) with the chunks that went to the exchanges late april to early june but to still have a stockpile of coins this large is a bit shocking.

The potential owners of those coins has names that rhymes with: Splinternet Grape and Trevan. A lot more where they came from
