it's a good coin but it's downfall is it's distribution + community hates negative comments about this coin and ignore you without really debating with you

If there are sensible points to debate then we'll debate. I don't know how many posts I've made on technical / economic subjects in the last 2 months. 2-tier architecture vs 1-tier, support for legacy commercial interfaces vs revised ones, the economics of fiat vs crypto and which cryptos are in a position to benefit, the merits of counting vs not counting masternode holdings towards marketcap, privacy vs anonymity and the "libertarian argument", speculative vs real value.... I could go on and on.

Theres a ton of things you could be challenging. Yet all people ever come up with is:

 - "the price keeps falling and everyone on here said it was going to the moon"
 - "we can't take any criticism"
 -  "there are big holders due to instamine"

You people sure know how to give a guy a migrane. Change the record ffs or come up with some semi-informed commentary.

I for one am not responsible for the price and unless it goes to zero, I don't really give a sh*t what it is at this point in the coin's life. Also be advised this is an [ANN] thread and if you don't expect holders to be championing the coin for all it's worth during a big rise then go and read the Financial Times for investment advice.

I look forward to your posts Tok; they're quite insightful and of great interest to me. I'd be very happy to keep reading them. Your assessments on global financial issues and the games being played out by the central bankers (and all the other manipulators of currencies) I think are spot on. Thanks

He's been wrong so many times and yet you sing praise.  Too funny.

If you think this clown can predict the altcoin market you're mistaken.

You are such a waste of space shojayxt!

You clearly hate everything about DRK and the people that support it, yet you just can't stop coming here and injecting your negativity and criticism.

Toknormal has made many substantial contributions to this forum. He's never claimed to be able to "predict" the altcoin market; he's making commentary like many people do, and I've found it to be intelligent and insightful.

But, really until you respond to the 1000DRK challenge Evan has set for you and either accept it or reject it (giving your reasons why), you have absolutely no credibility posting the trash you post in here.

Put up or shut the fuck up.

Oh wow!  I'm that important?  Unfortunately I must have missed the post with that challenge.  Could you please post the link/page?  I don't have time to go back and find it.  I don't read all the posts on this thread because it grows so fast.  I usually just browse the last couple of pages.

So you think I lack credibility?  I don't care.

And telling me to shut up?  Who do you think you are?  Nobody has to do anything you say.

The link please though sir.

Thanks

When I read Ebolayxt's crap I feel ashamed. This guy is obviously instamined by his parents. It is apparent that his parents were in rush. I am very calm but this guy reached his goal and made me post on this troll's forum.  You can see through his posts that he is envy as hell. I am sure he sold his coins in april and now he just can't understand that this project is something bigger than he thought. It is not only about profit, you can see that something serious is happenning here. This guy already showed what he wants to achieve. His inner world is burning as in hell and he wants everybody in there...becouse...''What's this I don't even'' is fuckin' instamined.

You created a new account just to post this?

If I sold all my coins in april then how was I running a masternode last month?

So now I'm envious?  Of what?

It's not only about profit?  All you clowns talk about is masternode ROI.

You're right however about this project being big.  A big cult.  Well actually not that big.  It might be big to people like you but 99.9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% of the people on this planet could care less about darkcoin and will never use it for any reason.  You and the rest of the cult have whipped yourselves into  a frenzied orgy where darkcoin is the center of everything.  It's not.  It's just another altcoin claiming to be the best when it isn't.  You all talk about adoption but it will never be adopted for any significant transactions.  So get used to your dice and poker games because outside of that kind of crap, darkcoin is not and will not ever be used for anything else just like 99.999999999999999999999999999999999% of all the other crappy altcoins out there.

Keep your stash in bitcoin.  The best use for darkcoin is trading to make more bitcoin.  But you already know all that stuff don't you?   Wink

Roll Eyes It's been quoted about a dozen times. If you're going to continually spam the thread with silly amounts of garbage troll posts you could at least read a few first. Anyway...

blah blah blah, I have no life and have no idea what I'm talking about

I'll bet you 1000 Darkcoin that you can't find an exploit that pays you like the one yesterday.

On the following conditions:

1.) You must make money from exploiting the system to an address that you control.
2.) You must make more than 1000 Darkcoin from said exploit.
3.) We both put up 1000 DRK into escrow.
4.) You have two week to prove you made 1000 DRK from exploiting the system. Otherwise I win.

What kind of damage could the discovered exploit cause to a MN?

In summary, the Intel Management Engine and its applications are a backdoor with total access to and control over the rest of the PC. The ME is a threat to freedom, security, and privacy, and the libreboot project strongly recommends avoiding it entirely. Since recent versions of it can’t be removed, this means avoiding all recent generations of Intel hardware. details https://libreboot.org/faq.html#intelme --- https://tehnoetic.com/laptops --- https://store.vikings.net/x200-ryf-certfied

The one that was patched? He made about 300 DRK and on occasion still gets selected from pools that still haven't upgraded to the patched version. Had nothing to do with anyone's coins, just new coins that should have been awarded randomly to the masternode pool did not.

Get lost loser, go back to your pump and dump coin and let us continue to innovate cryptocurrency technology.

You're not innovating anything.  Stop flattering yourself with that ego stroking bullshit.  You're nobody special and never will be.  Nobody cares that you have a bunch of darkcoin, a BMW, a villa somewhere.

I'll most likely be taking a break from crypto for awhile.  When I started the market capitalization was over 10 billion US dollars.  It's now hovering above 5 billion.  That's a pretty sharp decline since February and I still managed to make a huge pile of bitcoin and I converted a significant amount to fiat befor btc took this latest dive.  That isn't sustainable in this current environment.  The altcoin world is imploding and I'm not going down with it.  Take the money and run.  That's what I was taught.

I'll leave you here with your pump and dump darkcoin and put most of my profits into my Scottrade account.  I can be found on several of the investment forums going by the same name.  The rest I'm going to use for some home renovations, basically a kitchen remodel, and a well earned vacation.

Actually it had everything to do with peoples coins.  He got coins that should have gone to someone else.  It didn't have anything to do with coins in peoples wallets is what I think you meant.

Anyone had this problem before?

Of course I gave you bad advice. Good one is way out of your price range.

About Mintpal: I had some nice trading these 2 days, made some 40% +. It is slow but improving, now accepts orders much better. And it is BOT-FREE ( like good old days) and fee-free. After all delays I am trading there now, sick of bots everywhere

Bots are not a bad thing. Sure, someone like you can't profit the same way, but you're only profiting from an inefficient marketplace - something that never lasts and is naive to think or want it to.

For everyone else, arbitrage bots are what keeps prices consistent between exchanges and severely increases liquidity.

If somebody doesn't like the coin or doesn't see a future or whatever, why not just stay away? If I decided to sell my MN and all my coins I really don't think I'd have much interest in lurking around this forum reading what people are saying. Unless I had some ulterior motive. Maybe if I invested at .025 and lost a shit ton of money I guess it could piss me off enough to troll for a little while. Or maybe I'm an investor in another anon coin and it would be in my best interest to troll forums of competitors hoping to sway some sheeple to sell.

My point is that trolls come here for a reason. They are scared shitless at the potential of what DRK can become. Why else would they be here trolling if this wasn't the case?

Unless they are mentally unstable and do this sort of thing for kicks. Basically just trying to get a reaction from people to get there rocks off. These people are socially retarded and can't interact with others in any kind of normal way. Quite pathetic when you think about it... Roll Eyes

The markets to watch are DRK & LTC, the price is that low at the moment anything is possible by the end of the year, if your a holder I recommend buying some DRK, Evan (the Dev) shows commitment and promise with this coin, looking forward to the future features of Darkcoin !

I just upgraded to the most recent darkcoin client.  It says that there's a security issue and I should create a new wallet and transfer my funds to it.

OK, fine.  How do I do that?  I don't see any menu options for making a new wallet.

Thanks for the help.
