Uhm I've updated the daemon but now my masternode does not list on https://drk.mn/masternodes.html nor on ./darkcoind masternode list | grep IP

(I've already started the masternode remotely on my local wallet)

You sure you followed the directions to a T?  Double check your work and backtrack.  Did you type your password after masternode start?  Try masternode start on hot wallet (remote ).  Vin still has 1k? Anything im debug log on remote or local?

Oh nvm I forgot to update the local wallet to the latest version Cheesy
it was the first thing i though about but you solved it yourself.
ALWAYS when is the protocol change bot client have to be updated to start MN remote / local.

BE SMART, USE DASH ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Nothing is broken. Just fixes some log spam and such.

Otoh, I've not seen someone with Activity 1260 before and I've never really understood why the last dot is partially green.

Tell us your story, when did you get into Bitcoin and what did you do to get that status?  Smiley

& others Smiley

The partial green dot is from donating 10 BTC to the forum, see: https://bitcointalk.org/donate.html

You get a different coloured one for a 50 BTC donation.

Legendary status is just posting on a lot of different threads over time I expect, not sure.

As my profile shows I joined the forum in June 2011, after hearing about BTC from the wired article on TSR, I bought my first coins in August and watched them fall in value for the rest of the year, ie this was in September 2011:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=41295.msg508727#msg508727

It's been a fun and life changing ride and I'm sure that it will be so going forward also, for many years I've predicted 2017 for wide spread crypto adoption, especially and primarily in the States.

Partially off topic, but you post (and I guess read) a lot here, so maybe you can answer. Do you use any additional tool to keep up with the forum? I would love to be able to automatically download certain threads and read them in a more convenient format. Set up alarms for some terms...

Nope, I don't know of any tools for that, though the forum is so wealthy in theory that it could be made very more user friendly and customizable, but the money donated to it doesn't seem to be spent on that much if at all, so it's the way it is.

Not long after I joined I tried to buy this forum, hahah.  I knew where it was going but wanted to convert it to vbulletin 3.8.x and make it infinitely more user friendly.

No dice.  Sad

 Cool

Er, != is Oracle (and other platform) syntax for not equal to.

Possibly offence to the religious notwithstanding, he was being complimentary to Evan.

Is there a guide to update a MN that covers a protocol update? I'm wondering because I saw above someone posted that you have to stop the MN and start it again from the wallet. Also, since my wallet now has more than 1k drk in it from payments do I need to transfer some out so it has exactly 1k before I start it? Thanks!

Can you guys please provide me the masternode payment sheet?

In summary, the Intel Management Engine and its applications are a backdoor with total access to and control over the rest of the PC. The ME is a threat to freedom, security, and privacy, and the libreboot project strongly recommends avoiding it entirely. Since recent versions of it can’t be removed, this means avoiding all recent generations of Intel hardware. details https://libreboot.org/faq.html#intelme --- https://tehnoetic.com/laptops --- https://store.vikings.net/x200-ryf-certfied
