Since it seems that anyone can search another user's stats by inputting their user ID, I'm curious to know how this sig campaign detects multiple accounts. Does anyone know? Or does it simply not care?

Probably don't care. Doesn't really matter as long as the posts are decent but on the previous version of this campaign many multi-accounters signed up just to collect the money as you didn't really have to make any posts to get full payment. I suppose they could get the IPs from the sign up page on their bot but might be difficult to track and they're probably not even bothered about it anyway.

As far as I know you could use tor to hit the signup page and get around that.  I'm pretty sure that just as you said, they probably don't care as long as they posts are meeting the requirements.

bitmixer used to have no posting requirements however they only paid at most .01 per week and you had to be a hero to get that, seniors only got .0052 with 252 activity.

Everyone's goal is free money, and Bitmixer gave real passive income back in the day for renting your signature without posting, but as Quickseller said it paid nothing but peanuts.

Meanwhile legit rich guys are getting solid passive incomes from real state doing exactly that: shit nothing.

And btw, you don't have to worry about what Sr members earn as your member level is far below that
