Lets be clear about where we stand:
We have the great devs, we have the technology, we have the community. So the only problem is with what we have found out about UP.
Although he founded the project and contributed enormously, what he did is wrong.
This is what we have, there is no other problem at all, so lets not make something more about it.

I agree, so it shouldn't be an issue to remove UP from NEM permanently. |

Im not trlling, Ive been following NEM for quite some time. For months they said, its in "alpha", its not in any fucking alpha. there just taking your shares(3btc) and pretending to work on NEM when its a copy/paste of NXT with a fucked up distribution to boot.
You dumbasses who actually bought NEM shares got scammed, not to mention the guy with many multiple accounts who got a shit ton of NEM shares, NEM is just a fuckign copy of NXT, horrible distribution.

We will make things right. Everything is still in place for the launch, and maybe such a hit on NEM will test its resilience but I will tell you one thing: we will move forward, this is not the end of NEM, this is not a scam and all the hard work that has been done is a testimony of that. The best days of NEM are still ahead. |

Ok, UF has 2 or tree accounts, but this is not a problem for NEM.
NEM has a good devs and UF is doing a great job.

Short question: Is the NEM Asset still safe? Utopianfuture has access to the asset and I fear that he goes underground. So he could just sell the remaining NEMtokens and get away with the NXT. I don't think he would do that but I'm a little intimidated right now.

Frankly, as a stakeholder myself and investor in NEM, this fiasco (even if accurate/true) is water off a ducks back - Doesn't bother me in the slightest.
If i lose my investment because of the alledged actions of one individual, i've lost the small amount of NXT i contributed. If i gain, I get to support a coin that may, very well, be very successful if it's technological merits persist into reality -- proof of importance being very noteworthy. Crypto's need something to encourage spending, not encouraging hording. NEM is the closest to get to that concept.

It's worse than NXT, plus NEM doesnt even have a coin, or anything. It's just words. |

Get rid of UtopianFuture and put in place someone that is actually coding NEM and contributing, not this joke of a leader that is not even honest about his distribution.
NEM needs a real programmer, not someone who is just simple "talker"
At least NXT was honest about their unfair distribution, unlike NEM's secret unfair distribution.
