We are happy to say our PotWallet APP Beta is out earlier than planned.

We would like to thank everyone who responded to our beta testing.

For iOS devices, if you emailed us and supplied the necessary information, you will be able to install the application no problem.

For Android devices, no information was necessary on our end. Feel free to download the Beta app if you are on Android devices.

I had to import my wallet from my old laptop. Would I have a passphrase?

Would there be a default passphrase?

This wallet backup is from when POT was Proof of Work. Any ideas on how I would have a passphrase?

I tried to install on my iPhone 6s with the latest iOS and it stars downloading but at the end it fails with the message: "Unable to Download App - PotWallet could not be installed at this time."

For iOS there was limited spots for Beta testing (as mentionned on our Beta App Post)

Can someone give me some help with my MAC wallet?? When I start the wallet, the wallet comes up & then asks to reload the block data I click accept, the the wallet closes.
 

Loaded the MAC wallet no problem on another MAC - just can't load it on one machine  

What about Potcoin-QT wallet ?

you need to make a txt file into a potcoin.conf file, this file will contain a list of IP's (nodes) (at least thats how you do it in windows) check this thread for the linux instructions, those are the closest, please keep us posted if you get it working.  If you are still having trouble I'm willing to VM a mac os and check it out myself.

Tried the nodes that were given by creating a .config file with no luck - it's strange I can get the wallet working on my MAC desktop but not my Macbook pro (which is the wallet with the coins in it.) Luckily I did make a backup of the wallet before it stopped, although tried the .dat file on the wallet that is updated but the file wouldn't drop the potcoins in there either :-(
Not sure where to go from here

Got the wallet syncing - now to wait for it to sync - wallet synd - back in the game!! Thanks to all those who helped!!

The credit card companies won't work with the marijuana dispensaries, even though it is legal in some states. And handling large amounts of cash is not always ideal.  But you are missing the point here and the point is that POTcoin could be a very good daytrade over the next two weeks.

Just because you guys took a coin and named it with the word Pot and are trying to capitalize on hype from elections, doesnt mean it is real at all lol. The pump and dump is over, if you bought high, sucks to be you. Move along.

Price has already moved up significantly in the last 12 hrs.  Look at the chart.  Sorry if you aren't a daytrader, but some of us like to profit from hype and news.  I realize you don't get it, so leave the profits to others.

The chart also shows the downtrend line being broken to the upside..the one that goes back to 10/13.  I'll try to post a chart later for those who believe in technical analysis and more money from daytrading.

Check out the price action on Poloniex.  Up 20% today, and still 4 days before USA election.  Looks like another mega pump in the making.

EDIT..up 30% now.  Remember it went up something like 800% in one day a few weeks ago so can still have plenty more to run.

Price is about 1600 right now.  It peaked at 7000 just a few weeks ago.  So obviously could go very high.  But I don't try to predict an exact exit price and just watch the chart and the market.
