BTC has the power to manipulate the electronic money market. All Altcoin are affected by the price of Bitcoin and the Altcoin value is proportional to the Bitcoin price. Bitcoin is king in the electronic money market. There is no Altcoin that is independent of the value of Bitcoin.

Negative influence on bitcoin robably will take some place but not for long time, only failures in computer systems. Political, economic - all this problems are nothing for bitcoin

As I would see it this is going on the grounds that the greater part of the general population are considering bitcoin a development of all the digital currencies at any point existed, and if the cost of Bitcoin is tumbling down, it implications for them, that all the cryptographic forms of money are biting the dust.

Obviously the impact. Bitcoin is currently the Prima Donna in the market. It has an essential part at the development of the cost of different coins. At the point when the cost goes down, the cost bitcoin altcoin ought to go up. So did the inverse. This is to keep up adjust in the market.

BTC is the first electronic currency on the market, with the most stable, highest value and largest community cryptographic market. The value of the BTC increase or decrease will cause the Altcoin value to affect. The value of BTC is proportional to the value of Altcoin.

Bitcoin is the king of the market. All currency price fluctuations vary with bitcoin. This is the trend of the market. From the current market point of view, it is clear that Bitcoin is still the most stable currency on the market, with the least volatile currency.

Bitcoin is still the king of the market when it comes to driving the prices. As soon as Bitcoin drops everything else will drop by the same or a greater value. Trying to figure out if people think they are getting a bargain if they transfer to Bitcoin at a lower rate notwithstanding the fact they are likely losing more by selling the alts at these levels  Huh

Bitcoin is currently the most important project among all other projects, so that at the moment most of the altcoins on the market really start to depend on bitcoin, so now almost all altcoins depend on bitcoin, so some external factors, crypto currencies, in general, move simultaneously.

Bitcoin is a coin that has its influence imprint on all other crypto coins. This is because all other coins mission and ambition is being built on becoming like bitcoin one day. So as the father of all cry to currencies , when IRS price falls ,the all other coins too fall in price and when its price goes up, they too move up in price. So as long as bitcoin is still around, it will still be having such effect on the other coins always.

Bitcoin is the root of all the rate changes, then second is the ethereum. When these coins falls their prices, the rates of the coins and tokens associated to the coins, will surely decreases its price, without making any price changes, only their rates.

bitcoin as main cryptocurrency in cryptomarket tobe trigger that can give postive of negative impact to other coins in market.in my opinion if bitcoin price rise it mean investor trust in cryptomarket is in good condtion.and opposite with this think, if no more trust from investor it make them sell their bitcoin and altcoins stocks.

BTC does have a big effect on other altcoins, as bitcoin is the king of the crypto coins, it's movements have direct affect to the market and so the other cryptos too. Altoins go with Bitcoins flow.

I been thinking about this also, my opinion would be that institutions are clearly not going to invest in shitcoins so the top 5 might pull way far away from the rest of the pack but us retail plebs will still make shitcoins moon. I might actually hold BTC for the next run cause the gains will be comparable to shitcoins plus its almost a damn guarantee.

Hey everyone,
How strongly Altcoin value relate to bitcoin price. Can we know the condition of ETH/BTC ratio by analyzing BTC/USD value ?

Altcoin value relates more or less entirely on Bitcoin price as BTC is the main trading pair for most of the alt coins. Alt coins go down in BTC value, BTC goes down further in USD value, making ALTs go further down in USD value.
There are DEX as well where ALT value depend upon ETH value and the same condition follow.s

It is undeniable that BTC is indeed created very strongly, where its development is able to give a great influence on all altcoins. However, even though altcoin and bitcoin have a big role in the development of crypto up to this point. Bitcoin is quite competent in developing and it will increase significantly, at that time altcoin will also increase according to their respective technological capabilities.

Actually I know like that There may be opposite and parallel tie between Bitcoins and Altcoins so If we see opposite tie between them , Bitcoin rise and Ethereum decrease also If wee see parallel tie between them, both of them raise.

It is quite difficult to calculate, but the dependence is observed. This has been known for a long time and for no one will be a discovery that the growth of one asset can predict the movement of another asset.

beyond any doubt both bitcoin and Ethereum can impact the cost of whole market everytime their value change, it doesn't have to much time to impact the market when the market relies upon their cost and a large portion of altcoins available utilizing two sets: ALts/BTC or Alts/ETH, that is the reason when the pumps or dumps happen, the cost of ETH and BTC is the main focus of whales to influence he to cost take after their aims.

Ethereum will have adoption 3-5 years after bitcoin hits its full adoption. There is no utility to Ethereum now and we will all get plenty more opportunities to buy it even cheaper. It’s great for 1000 people who code. Bitcoin needs adoption first. Bcash needs to be destroyed as a warning and punishment and than us pre-early adopters (not speculators) will repeat the benefits. Too much dumb money in the market like Nick Szabo said most of it in shit coins specifically Bcash.

Bitcoin market cap needs to approach 70-75% followed by Ethereum than litecoin which can act as a Lightning payment channel on ramp with atomic swaps. That’s all that is needed.

Let the dumb money be lost. Majority of it all flows up.

actually by adding schnorr signatures they are enabling taproot which will allow monero like functionality to some degree. Improvements are made on bitcoin but i do agree some alts including monero have merit.

Of course if we talk about the price effect of bitcoin on altcoins it is very large,
because I think the price of altcoin is very dependent on the price of bitcoin,
it can be said if the price of bitcoin rises, the altcoin also goes up and vice versa too

Bitcoin has a lot of effects on Altcoin. When the price of Bitcoin changes, it will affect most of all Altcoin. Bitcoin increase sharply in the short run will cause Altcoin to go down. Bitcoin, on the other hand, makes Altcoin the same, Altcoin still falling. The effect of Bitcoin on Altcoin is terrible.
