there is just one address I think? support@hashfast.com if I'm not mistaken. Seems like some people there still work with the fogbugz system, probably not ver helpful for the process. The sheet of paper that should have arrived with your BabyJet says techsupport@hashfast.com. I believe this the ZenDesk address... Yes, please use the techsupport@hashfast.com address. I'm only working on Zendesk, I'm not sure why the FogBugz thing is still active. I'll find out. -Phil

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Just going to note that there is nothing at Eligius pool-side that would cause anyone's hardware to stop hashing...

Not sure if this has been addressed and I'm coming from more of the Sierra side of things but coming soon I hope their should be a few changes that are in deff need to be implemented on your devices.
1. New Firmware, I think the current version is .3 and new one coming out.. Also hopefully a support forum will be up soon to explain a bunch of this. 2. Latest cgminer 3.12.3 which has a lot of HF driver and usb fixes plus some stuff that takes advantage of the new firmware .. fan speeds etc.. 3. With the 2 above I would either build your own ri pi image with this (I have one that I might be able to provide) thats set up with cgminer, git and the latest version of cgminer. Note until you get a new version of the firmware u cant take advanced of some of the advanced features of cgminer 3.12.3
As for the Eligius pool, always check your 3 and 12 hour stats which are more accurate than the other ones.

To everybody wanting to try their BabyJet with BFGMiner on Windows (hint: it may be worth it) BFGMiner 3.10 includes Hashfast support: Get it at: http://bfgminer.org/You will need a driver for it, it wont work with the WinUSB/zadig. I edited the littlefury one provided by nwoolls as per his instructions (thanks!) so it works with the babyjet. You can download it here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/w607kpr4j2fh0o0/Windows-Mining-Infs.zip (BabyJet Folder) Your windows needs to be ok with unsigned drivers (try http://www.raymond.cc/blog/loading-unsigned-drivers-in-windows-7-and-vista-64-bit-x64/ if the driver doesn't show as working in device manager) You BFG miner command line should look something like this: bfgminer -o stratum+tcp://stratum.mining.eligius.st:3334 -u 14hvScXez9XWRPL5x8DBTNnVoeTJEDoGbJ -p 1 -S all -D (changing the pool address is absolutely optional ) I really encourage everybody to try this, especially those with problems. My BJ mined at 250ghps at pool with cgminer at stock clock, with BFGMiner I get a stable 315ghps without any tweaks. 5.6% HW tho, but hashrate is definitely higher. @edgie: try this, afaik your BJ has similar problems to mine?

Its annoying to go through the whole reboot thing. Any chance of it working with plug and play.

I'm trying to find out, it seems it supports clock setting via command line, but it's not documented and I don't know if it's even implemented. The driver loaded for me, I'm not sure if I enabled unsigned drivers in the past. There is also tools and policy settings that let you load unsigned drivers without reboot. There is no security concern installing this driver, as it just points to windows generic driver, but yeah, if you allow unsigned drivers to load, they load so that might be a concern.

Yes I know that. Okay well I may stick with cgminer then until bfgminer is working better and has good documentation. Right now I have my unit running good at 412-440ghash with some OCing.

I haven't used bfgminer but a quick look at the source i think you need to use the following arguements. --set-device hashfast:clock=600 or something like that.

Yes, but it's not implemented in the current build 3.10.

I honestly don't know why they're delaying the new firmware release. Yes it may still have bugs, but it's already substantially better than what most people are running and some desperately need an update to benefit from both better firmware and the matching cgminer driver. Releases at regular intervals would serve people better.

Well, yes, it would also answer the question of wheter or not people send back their boards cause the new firmware doesn't fix / fixes their problem before the warranty runs out.

@HF-Engineer
I sent an email in regards to a refund to Erin, which bounced. I assume she's no longer with you. Who is handling that sort of thing in her place?

No, BFGminer doesn't support overclocking for HashFast, yet. The option isn't even available in the on-screen menus. I contacted Luke, but he didn't seem too interested...

I exchanged some messages with him yesterday and looked at the git source. If you compile from the newest git version the clock setting should be in. He said he didn't test it yet, but it should work. It's not available on screen, but it should be possible to set in command line via --set-device HFA@\\.\COMx:clock=600.
