ETH will be 1000$ in november in dec 1300$ Buddha told me Who's Buddha? What does he know about crypto currencies? I'm expecting 1000$ too but I don't think it will happen in just 3 months. Ethereum need to see some progress. I always hold ETH, it's like Gold for me. Bitcoin and Ethereum are the heaviest assets in my portfolio. |

Buying Ethereum at current price whether you see them in fiat or Bitcoin are great to buy and let them sit in wallet for some period. Ethereum is going to be most usable for financial ecosystem so market is very big. It looks more stable and best alternative option for investment who missed Bitcoin already. Ethereum is best to repair your mistakes of past not being in time in crypto.

You can make a screenshot of this message Almost everybody with a decent crypto-coin history knows that this will be cheap term than 2 years later. The problem is people want to get short term gains. In the long run every holder will be rich from Ethereum. There's no doubt about it. Patience is the key. |

Thanks for you answer and sorry for the waiting time.
The fast-flag seems to not be useable anymore. The path "\Ethereum-Wallet-win64-0-7-4\resources\node\geth" doesn't exist anymore int 0.9.0. So is fast not available anymore? Is there a workaround?
It would be nice to have a way to save disc space like pruned on bitcoin. Ethereum eats a lot of my harddisc space.
Regarding 3.
What I search is a way to accept eth-payments. The individual addresses are only used to know which investor owns an address in order to know which uses sent an investment. With one ETH-Address everyone has to pay onto the same address.
I have something in mind like a website where users create an account with user and pass, maybe 2fa also. Then they want to invest and I provide them an eth address I only tell this user. By doing so I know that only he will know the address and only he would send eth on to it.
That's all I search. Otherwise a single investment address for all would be fine also.
I think the new place to find geth.exe on 0.9.0 version of EthereumWallet is on \Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\EthereumWallet\binaries\Geth\. Knowing that you should be able to launch geth.exe from cmd into --fast mode as usual. Regarding 3 Can't you just ask your investors to create an address (very simple using MEW) and to give you their public key? You could create a step-by-step guide for that (or just send them the link toward the help on MEW's website). |

Thats why I was asking for the most recent snapshot, so I don't have to sync from the beginning. |

Ethereum wallet version 0.9.0 No it was never synced before, iv tried many times, if it does start to sync it will slowly move, for example about 2 - 4% over 48hrs. Thats why I was asking for the most recent snapshot, so I don't have to sync from the beginning. It could be normal you're having some trouble catching up the network, especially if you've a slow internet connection and/or you're storing the blockchain data on an HDD. Try erasing all the data you've already downloaded which should be on the \geth\chaindata folder and start manually a node in fast mode using the following workaround: - Open cmd.exe - Navigate to geth directory by running cd %APPDATA%\Roaming\EthereumWallet\binaries\Geth\unpacked (the path may be a bit different on your computer) - Execute the following command: geth.exe --fast --cache 1024 Try not to erase your keystore folder which is where your private key(s) is(are) stored! If it's still syncing very slowly, you may want to try an online wallet like MEW. Beware of phishing websites though. |

What is God's name is going on with the Ethereum Mist Wallet node sync?
I mean seriously???
Stuck on block 4,219,024 and the Chain Structure is 669800+ out of 695000+ going backwards and forwards.
So so aggravating!!! Coming from Bitcoin.
How is the public supposed to sit through this kind of sync?
10GB's x of data, hours and hours of downloading, no indication it is every going to end.
I was looking into developing for Ethereum, but after this (ridiculous) the bloat is intolerable.
If ETH nodes cannot sync, this crypto is not worth $375.00.
Sync is out of control.... now Chain Structure is 826000 out of 850000 what on earth is this?

Use myetherwallet and there is no problem. I had similar problems, but found out it was becouse I had bad internet connection. |

Bittrex since the start of August has been adding over 100k new users weekly! That's crazy, alot of fresh money pouring into crypto. And most of it going to eth and btc.

I already started to increase my Ethereum stocks easy by easy. It is clear seeing what is going on in outer world with Ethereum based projects and integration in various platforms that in the long run on leading position just Bitcoin and Ethereum will be. I will prefer to hold these two as long term investment in stead of looking at others limited scoped projects.
