Among all top coins, all of them are staying even or slightly down in BTC value but everything is up against fiat. Only exceptions are Stellar and Cardano, they are killing it right now. So don't worry about ETH

Well i can see pretty good jump in price of bitcoin and ethereum, as you can see on coinmarketcap. Yesterday i heard big news that BlackRock showing some interest in bitcoin so that's why bitcoin rising. https://www.cnbc.com/2018/07/16/bitcoin-jumps-after-report-says-blackrock-exploring-cryptocurrencies.html I also heard that crypto marketcap will be at 1 trillion this year and i am believing.  |

I think the price of Eth is kept in a certain corridor artificially, maybe afraid of the return of the bearish trend or do not want a rapid price increase.
It is probably best for the community that the growth was gradual and slow, so it seems to me it will go up longer and not quickly turn down the price. |

This year ETH will cross the value of previous year ETH price. I`m tired of speculating Altcoin prices Why? because eventually that price will be reach and it will surpass your prediction but i guess its gonna take more time since we are still in the bear market so they say. Nobody knows whether we are or not. This first uptick seemed to have some power but now died a little bit. |

I think Ethereum has more to thing about now than the price action, the transaction fee issue is getting frustrating and this should be the main issue they need to address now. I think the price is fair now if one look at the performance o the network because now we have so many competing platforms out there looking to take the marketshare of Ethereum |

That's a long way to go from here and only possible if Bitcoin does a good job. |

It is probably best for the community that the growth was gradual and slow, so it seems to me it will go up longer and not quickly turn down the price. Yup. The price on both ETH and BTC were struggled in the low position for over a month. Now the price are picking up a bit. If the price is steadily increase in the next half year. We might able to see the ETH at $1000 by the end of the year. |

It isn't about 7 computer validating the tweet. It's about Twitter keeping your individual data(email, passwords, name, membership data). You are able to lock each one of these information with encryption on blockchain with your private key. Not forgetting you can sign up for a network that is open up source(guess what happens is within the hood) and possibly sensorship resistance.

Yes you are right, however ethereum is the best of digital coins after bitcoin we don't have any reason actually to be panic just due to the volatility of ethereum's price, should if we have extra money today is good time to buy more ethereum in its discounts, hodling them for couples months laters and taking the profit at the end of year, it is so simple. |

What caused the price drop compared to BTC. On July 17th it was over 0.07btc and now just 3 days later it is 0.062btc. That's more then 10%. USD comparison is not what I look at.

ethereum and bitcoin are 2 different things. I think ethereum have done a really great job in the last few years/months. But I am using the waves platform. I will do absolutely agree that it was Ethereum which brought the whole crypto industry to this level. Bitcoin opened way for something new economy but Ethereum took the idea to tokenization even there were lot of scams which directly don't have to do anything with Ethereum. That is true competition is becoming hard inside new type of token economy but developers here are fully aware of the needs of market.
