Some of the markets have already started to use the recovery in their favor. Ethereum has slow gaining at this moment in comparison to other markets but it will explode suddenly. One of the two reason for this slow moving first whales didn't get finished yet or investors are still little careful and are waiting little more to see the markets.

Seems to me that they're in accumulation mode, that's what I see while spending some time watching movements on binance on ETH/BTC pair. Or maybe I'm wrong and it's just how the market is going now

The btc price break $7000 and the ethereum is $270 ,the eth price is cheaper than the eth value .

I think whale will buy eth and  eth will pump on September 2018

Hopefully you are right and we will see ETH trading between $330-350 by the end of this month(we need some relief rally badly).

I still hope that the price of Eth will be much higher than you say. Now for a couple of months can pump the price well, and then the news will be, now waiting.

Well there are now more and more voices claiming that fall will repeat the pattern from last year, but I doubt that a lot. If that was the case then it would maybe start to rise slowly very soon and not out of a sudden in fall.

1 year cicle is too short, i think we will se a true alt season until 2020 with the bitcoin halving, about Ethereum i think the 2 reward per block is a good idea, it would be intersting when if this becomes a POS coin

It's not about the technical aspect I guess, it's about the adoption.
People will use crypto because it's getting popular now, the adoption is increasing but whales do not want the progress to reflect on the price
so they manipulate it hard.

Don't forget the present fiat currency crisis in the emerging markets.
in fact there is presently a powerful tide towards usd, returning from periphery.
however usd could be the next victim, being very fragile in itself.
i agree with a powerful wave toward cryptos, beginning soon.

People will NOT use it because it's getting popular. They will buy it because it's getting popular. So far it is still more convenient to use credit and debit cards than crypto. Those using crypto do it because they want to put it to the test and help with adoption, but that is only for crypto evangelists. To have the masses use it on a daily basis, a lot of things have to happen first.

Transactions are what matters. As a miner, I don't care if you buy to trade or buy to sell for goods. Either way: the crypto is being used.

I guess price could go higher because from OCT 5-7 they are organizing Ethereum hackathon.
We would have to wait and see whether this hackathon will have any effect on price.

All this increase in value of Ethereum was due to those ICO's which are moving on their own chains. They are challenging the authority of Ethereum and becoming headache for it in future. We can't ignore them by saying Ethereum is too big. It is big but challenges are real as competition is becoming serious and competitors are growing fast.

There is good example https://github.com/ethereum/go-ethereum/wiki/Managing-your-accounts but i don't understand how to call this function from RPC? I tried use --preload, but it's only allow me call my function from console, but i need to call it from RPC. Is this possible? What i need to do?

He is just speculating, no one knows for sure on how the markets behave, even if you combine technical analysis with fundamentals it's just educated guessing.
