Today we see down trend as some experts are predicting this could bring price below than $200. I don't think this will happen again as it getting more support which will keep it above this psychological barrier of that range.

That is taking advantage of large supply but any gain in short term has no value. They need to burn millions of dollars just to keep on hold on the second place which isn't easy. They will run short of money but any artificial support can't be sustained for longer than few days. I have contrary opinion by saying Ethereum will make huge come back based on development which is happening outside.

You will see that many of these ICOs already cashed out, however not all of them cashed out in time.

Basically because of this, I am pretty sure most rallies will get sold into by the ICO holders who want to keep their project alive.

Ethereum price is directly correlated with bitcoin. It's actually good that most of the ICOs already cashed out but there is a possibility to go down in price so IMHO Ethereum can go lower and then 99% of ICOs will cash out in panic while wales will accumulate and later pump it hard, thus eliminating bad projects without proper risk management.

You are right but sometime in bit crypto fall panic investors sell at low price, weak hands can't HODL for long time.
I think patience is key of success in crypto world, otherwise we should follow the development of project as you said!

You are right but sometime in bit crypto fall panic investors sell at low price, weak hands can't HODL for long time.
I think patience is key of success in crypto world, otherwise we should follow the development of project as you said! 

I do not know about you, but I still expect interesting updates in the near future. Selling at this price is nonsense and inshane move.
When eth moving even partially to POS, profits will be very good. In addition, almost all scam projects have sold their eth, and new scum projects are not collect. So soon the price let's go up.

Support level for ETH is still more high as compare with XRP. ETH has good use case and with more secure platform. I would like to say this could be bull trap because they big bags to make empty on newcomers while on other hand ETH is solid and strong project.

But ETH also depends on the success of the use cases that are being built on it. If it still takes a couple of years from now until we see a first application working at scale, a lot of people will lose trust in the platform in the meantime.

But ETH also depends on the success of the use cases that are being built on it. If it still takes a couple of years from now until we see a first application working at scale, a lot of people will lose trust in the platform in the meantime.

It won't take that long. Ethereum will be scaled 100% there are too many people involved in development. However first applications in the scale we could see them built on other platforms. There is a strong competition right now and it's good for healthy ecosystem growth.

Yeah in market capitalization it could be possible but in price i highly doubt that, xrp must have had all major banks inclussion to make that happen.

Ethereum can't stay at 3rd position, ETH right now at very low price once price will higher then market cap will also go higher.
XRP price rising but can't reach level of ethereum. I am sure BTC , ETH and XRP will be huge in near future. waiting for bull run.

Too much rationality if you ask me. XRP has huge and strong backing from the financial services industry. It is possible that it's pushed up further.

 I felt wallets for QTUM, slow coin, blocks for half an hour like BTC, with ETH and close not to any comparison, it is believed that this is a synthesis of BTC and ETH.. And there is no cold storage option in any wallet except hardware. ETH turns the fastest among decentralized coins, the price commission will not speak, the comfort is worth the money

When I first got into Cryptocurrencies, Ethereum was $8-$10.  I was able to mine two ETHs with my mining rigs per day.  Now ETH is at $200+, and I couldn't mine anymore close to 2 ETHs now with my mining rigs.  So honestly, Ethereum is doing great market and value wise.  If you look at Ethereum as Bitcoin was when it first started, it has mimicked it very nicely.  The future for Ethereum looks very bright, and it will continue to be one of the top Cryptocurrencies in the world IMHO.

This is not true. You cannot think positive, this is not a girlfriend problem.
The technology will also not solve this. Project existing depends on tech,
but project (and price) success depends on trust people have in it.
When people start trusting it again, they will start investing and HODLing.
Which will naturaly drive the price high.

To achieve that, the ETH team should be more open and listen to the public
(but not too much). So far they only speak, without listening.
Allowing ASICs to exist was the first big mistake.
Monero team gained a huge trust bonus when they cut out the ASICs.

I don't know how many ETH users are mainers, but for sure every ETH miner is
a potential ETH user and HODLer/trader.

Development in etherium technology  continue to progress as capital is added to support ICO projects. Despite not reaching the underlying assets, the investments of capital should provide the improved infrastructure to drive the challenges of adoption which would ultimately results in increased demand for ETH.

Ethereum has many large projects behind it, and many successful Fortune 500 companies invested as well.  It is only a matter of time that the price of ETH will continue to rise to its previous highs of $1,417, and easily surpass it.  Once POS is finally implemented this will, as well, raise the price of ETH, IMHO.
