Lol @ south koreans.. they were the MOST BUTTFUCKED by BTC at its highest.. they were buying bitcoin in december and january like there was no tomorrow, they were absolutely crazy not only buying ATH, but also paying a 20% or higher premium on top of that! LOL |

At the moment, Ethereum costs 126 dollars and it scares me very much. I find it hard to believe that this coin has fallen so much.
Even I couldn't believe that ETH has fallen this bad. Vitalik needs to do something otherwise 2 digit number is a real possibility. The whole crypto ecosystem looking for life line to get survive if we follow Vitalik than he is showing positive response on current situation. I think so it is really hard time for this project and it badly need to make comeback as soon as possible. It's pretty scary how we fell from $1300 to $114 in such short period of time. Hopefully, we will soon see a comeback. |

ETH can not refuse of PoW, otherwise the coin will turn into a centralized, it will be possible to block users money without hard fork. It is necessary to leave at least in hybrid mode

It is bargaining at around $100 who ignorant people are those believe that Ethereum has done and will not make come back. There is pressure from ICO's and other factors which dragged the big markets slightly more down than smaller ones. If pumping price is manipulation then pressing markets this badly is bigger manipulation. Every good market will not only recover but also will make new all time highs.
more fall does not mean that the coin is bad, remember how LTC fell -x50 in 2014. It fell more because previously grew stronger. It will growing stronger again. Look at the long-term trend, the LTC does not fall of bitcoin, and the ETH even grows  |

Even Ethereum wants to fork away from it. PoW is asking for a lot (initial hardware cost, energy cost, environmental cost, risky ROI which depends on future products) and offers little in return (safer network if it's a top 10 coin). As you said, a coin with PoW which is not very high in price will be left vulnerable to attacks, like ETC. So far ARK is doing fine with its decentralization, I don't know what are you talking about. As for XRP, it's not dPoS, there are many validators and they're growing! Among the validators are Ripple (ofcourse), University of Nicosia, Berkeley University of California, some exchanges or at least one I can see in the list and many more... full list here: https://xrpcharts.ripple.com/#/validatorsFor XLM, EOS, NEO and TRX, I have not researched it and cannot discuss it. |
