only a few hours left, hardfork began. I hope there will be a surprise in the market. hopefully tomorrow ethereum prices will rise. even though I wasn't expecting too much, but I still thought that after the hardfork there would definitely be some people who would pump ethereum in the market.
Actually, it could be another way, it was already pumped. We can see red in the market, as we see it for 13 month. Market is very weak for now( This time it will turn into positive direction as we see that effect just few days ago. The whole market is more strong at this point so it will explode and price will rise. |

Ofc we may see a dip or two, but the worst is behind us even if BTC slides down to $1k. Most of those who FOMOed in for the lambos and moons are almost gone. |

A very important hard fork has been successfully added to Ethereum network and now we can have series of soft fork .. I really thank all the miners to support the ethereum. Ethereum has many exiting things in roadmap looking forward from Dr Vitalik who is truly a angel for our planet.

So, how did it go? I'm sorry but to be honest, I'm not a long-term believer of Ethereum, I'm just here for the DAPPs until someone else does it better!  Sorry, just being honest! So I'm not sure what changed with the last fork, it Ethereum become ProgPoW? PoS? Nothing changed? I also noticed less gas price in my DAPPs, is this related to the fork? |

A very important hard fork has been successfully added to Ethereum network and now we can have series of soft fork .. I really thank all the miners to support the ethereum. Ethereum has many exiting things in roadmap looking forward from Dr Vitalik who is truly a angel for our planet.
Glad to know it has been successfully implemented where everybody are anticipating for an effective fork which will make the platform more robust than ever. Great job for the developers. |

so, it is moved to PoS already? how to mine this coin for now...? are we just hold it without do anything?
I don't think it has moved to PoS, I mean... there are "67186 miners" in https://ethermine.org/. I remember reading long ago that "somewhen" they'd go into a hybrid PoS/PoW and later on they'd disable the PoW completely. I'm not sure if we've entered the PoS/PoW right now... probably? |

I totally support the plan to switch to Proof of Stake.
In general, it is a great idea.
For Ethereum project, for the planet, and for small investors.
I don't have too much money, don't have rigs, but I can use several Ethereum coins to stake.
It makes sense, certainly.

So was the hard fork Constantinople successful? There is no new announcement about it but we already passed the designated block.

The hardfork goes very smooth and that's good. This could probably bring price appreciation, I am expecting that we will rise from here because we got the success that we are hoping. I'm right with still holding my ETH as I know the team would just do things to improve the network for the future benefit, now we are seeing the good result. |

And at the expense of whether the network update went well or not can be judged after some time. |
