There seem to be many posts about Binance luring eth projects with open threats for those tokens on Binance. What do people think about this???

 Huh
thanks for your thoughts,
Rick
I saw a news in which it was stated their binance is starting a project like ethereum where people will start their token, But I do not think that it will give any harm to ethereum as in the past we also heard from TRX saying like that and still ethereum is the best, the waves also did not got the place of ethereum. Ethereum has strong roots in the market.

Can you provide any source for that? I can see why they want this to happen: Binance wants Binance Chain to succeed, and for that they need known tokens on their chain. They want ERC20 tokens to shift to BNB chain.

Big whales are trying to create FOMO about BNB even there is no reality this blockchain will facilitate to kickoff any startup project like ETH. This token is being used only in exchange services to get discount in trade fee and participate in IEOs. This platform is in high demand that's why people are expecting much higher from this token.

Well said! After the latest fork on Ethereum blockchain, I can see the clear difference on the speed of ETH(ERC20) transactions. At least 200% increase is real during this year.

Recently Vitalik proposed high staking reward for POS protocol if that is accepted in my opinion will be inflationary. I might be wrong in the way I understand but in the long run deflationary economic system is what we need. There are already concerns on the POS economical model which will be proved right or wrong in future. High reward sounds interesting but will remain to see long term effects.

High staking rewards, really? Based on core approach of Vitalik to reduce inflation rate, I don't think he actually has plans to activate Proof-of-Stake on Ethereum network with high staking rewards, as you wrote. It is a strange change from Vitalik, who used to prefer lower inflation rate for Ethereum. I don't know which reasons led to such switch of approach from Vitalik, maybe due to high difficulty on network that somehow reduces probability to find blocks and get staking rewards for stakers are very low.

Yeah Top cryptocurrencies start following uptrend and slowly but steadily going up like ladder style.
Let's hope big whales will not dump crypto and we will not see red market again and history will repeat $1.4k ETH and $20K BTC this year.
Ethereum just going to cross the $180 line then we can expect Ethereum will reach $200 this month.

i think for staking reward it depends on the quantity that you hold in your wallet. also i don't know which wallet will use for staking eth, i think online wallet can't be use for staking because for staking your computer needs to be online with wallet.
i am waiting for some more news about POS protocol staking.

I do not see Ethereum rising above the $200 mark any time soon.

All crypto prices are stable right now, not too much movement brings stability.

Ethereum cross 1k$ within this year? Is it possible ? Could be, could be. But that also mean Bitcoin could cross $13,000. Technically speaking both could top out at that price levels before re-testing the lower support prices again. It could be a reaction to the extended bear market where there was zero rebounds.

With regards to network competition such as Tron and Binance coin, nothing can beat ETH's brain pool, it even has more devs than Bitcoin has.

With stability in the market it might be possible but I doubt it very much.

Maybe it will peak at $300-$400 then stabilise before January 2020 but I think $1000 might be a bridge too far.

ETH not moving as good as bitcoin is doing, but when bitcoin is on a big run, that $1,000  could possibly happen this year.
The past trends would say bitcoin dictated the movement of altcoins and bitcoin help this market to grow by attracting new investors.
FOMO could happen again, and investors will not only see bitcoin as a choice but altcoins as well and who would not notice ETH which is the top 1 in altcoins market.
