If given the chance and with the considerable amount of capital, I prefer to hodl bitcoin. The only time I am selling my btc is when I am in dire need of money. Aside from that, I can hodl my btc for the whole year or until next btc pump. I never purchase bitcoin in one batch. I prefer buying on different price so I can be flexible when selling. I know when to sell and gain at the same time. Not just selling because I need to.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Actually most people nowadays don't hold bitcoin directly
Rather they use it as a capital of investment in altcoins and liquidate it whenever bitcoin balance is needed, and i also follow the same procedure.

Well the risk is different my friend. Lets say instead of bch juat hold it on  new altcoins, if the price x 10 you might got 10 btc but the risk is really high. I do believe btc is the most stable coins so as investors we have a different point of view on how to invest and we got different risk to take so im not agree with your statement.

You are partly correct and wrong. It is true that hodling altcoins will give you a double profit if the best scenario takes place, meaning your altcoin's value in Bitcoin is rising and Bitcoin's value in US Dollar is also rising. But the best scenario does not happen all the time. There are countless of instances in the past that when Bitcoin rallies, the altcoins will be pushed down so hard. In fact, just recently, we have witnessed that, when Bitcoin went beyond $8,000.

Hold is Bitcoin for long time, there is no much profit. You know why ?

Because if you only hold Bitcoin your balance will grow up only on USD rate. For example you hold 1 BTC . Current price 7500$. It's might 10k after some day. But you still have only 1 BTC.

Now think you have 1 btc and you convert it into BCH. Example for 1 BTC you get 10 BCH. Rate per bch is 0.1 BTC .

After some day if Bitcoin grow up, At the same time BCH also will grow up.
If bch rate grow 1.5 btc then you will have 1.5 BTC.

But before buy alt coin please select best coin to avoid dump.

So what you think. Hold alt coin or Bitcoin ?

good explanation. I would hold BTC for short term trade. If BTC rise up i will definitely hold it and when it sideways ill enter the most profitable coins fundamentaly and technically.

Each person has a different perspective and thinking. My goal is to use bitcoin to accumulate values over time. I will not trade short term by bitcoin. Or with bitcoin, I can dynamically adjust the options that will not affect much value.

Truly you are correct, it is smarter to utilize capital for exchanging or to take after the genuine ICO. Or on the other hand you can purchase a coin that simply posting on the trade on the grounds that the likelihood of benefit over 100%

I think instead of selling your Bitcoins for Altcoins then why don"t you just add Altcoins to your investment? It is just like do not put all of your eggs in one basket. Bitcoin is the most promising investments among crypto currency in which it is the most beatiful egg in your basket, that it has the more potential to make your money to grow and this was already proven so many times. Therefore do not sell your Bitcoin or you will going regret it before this year would end.

It's easy to earn money from Bitcoin with crypto. If you have about $ 4,000 cash, it's very easy to get two kata. You can profit by buying and selling.

Particularly relies upon the circumstance available, I would rather get different words, yet I believe that such words will influence your store later, so it's smarter to settle on a choice to you, yet bear in mind to exchange on the stock trade.

i think holding bitcoin for more usd still good enough.
because if the bitcoin price drops, almost all altcoin also come down.
if bitcoin prices rise significantly, the altcoin still rises slowly

I don't think so. I think Bitcoin is a long-term investment in cryptocurrency. Bitcoin's own value is high, and the price of bitcoin will not pick up in a short time. I think Bitcoin is worth holding for a long time.

When the cryptocurrency market dips only BTC and other cryptocurrency that has a strong community and support can survive from a crash so why should I not hold bitcoin if this is the most trusted cryptocurrency as of this days?
BTC will always be the king of cryptocurrency and this is the good for long term hold. Cool

I do not think so. I usually trade bitcoin on that day because Bitcoin prices are so unstable, Sometimes bitcoin prices can go up to $ 1000 in just one or two days. If I hold bitcoin for a long time, I do not think I can make much profit, but only to reduce the risk when the price starts to fall.

I can't agree with you because in my opinion holding is the most reliable way for earning with the lowest risk of having losses. I believe in Btc's being king in the future.

Many consider bitcoin a safe asset for storage. He has already proved that he can work stably and to him, there is much more trust, that's why many choose him
