I've definitely seen that my Aur was subtracted from bying position staiyng at 0.0086 Btc/Aur.
Thus my 1.64594196 Aur was sold not for 0.001097Btc/Aur but 0.0086 Btc/Aur.
Thus buyer has been payd for this transaction 0.014154 Btc but not 0.0018 Btc. That gives the difference of 0.012 Btc that is more than 80% of cost of this operation.
You has been written, that your comission is: "Crypto Rush charges a small fee for buying and selling of orders at a rate of 0.18%"
A man who has bouhgt my Aur has been payd 0.014154 Btc for this.
I want to have this money minus your comission 0.18%.
Any other suggestions are a fraud.
Please send the rest of 0.012Btc to my account. And please DO NOT make this situation that costs only 5 Eur so that in all forums will be written that you takes more than 80% commision for exchange operation between Buyers and Sellers.
Trust me - it's not a Business - it's a theft. Hope that You understund me.

I made a response to this on Reddit, here it is.

Just thought I would follow up with a response, I found this transaction information in the system, you sold your coins at a rate of 0.001097 BTC and got 0.00180560 BTC for them. Here is a screenshot showing your order transaction. http://[Suspicious link removed]/image/352L450J4029 Check your Partial Transaction history to find the order details in full, and check the Detailed Transaction List, it shows everything that happened on your account.

I'd also like to add, making a typo in your order doesn't make us at fault. It's not possible to sell at 0.0086 but only be fulfilled at 0.001097, we don't have best price matching and orders only fill at the rate you enter into the system (and I dont think its possible to make this kind of typo, just saying).

- There's nothing wrong with our deposits/withdraws. If there is then we solve it quickly
- We have no "voting fraud" or any such thing, just sore losers
- We provide fantastic ticket and near instant IRC support- something most other exchanges lack
- Shares are for investors that see our potential, obviously you don't and quite frankly it's your loss

I have to give it to you, I think it's pretty remarkable to do 15K BTC with a piece of crap like that. I wouldn't call it an exchange though, dying or not. Have you implemented proper order matching yet?

Not having best price matching is indeed a problem, just means more work for people who are trading. And yea, it's still in development and in the process of being tested. The exchange was built in 2-3 weeks from the ground up, there was a deadline to meet, so please excuse the fact that we are new and we're still growing.

That's the price for NO email confirmations for withdrawals! And that's the price for ALL who does not have smartphone! So cryptorush is safe only for smartphone owners. Only they can enable 2fa.
