How can we do this, when those companies that used to accept BTC earlier are no longer doing that? For example, Steem, Dell and Stripe have stopped accepting Bitcoin as a mode of payment, citing the volatile tx fees.

Convincing companies to accept bitcoin as a means of payment is not easy, because many do not like bitcoin. I think there are many companies which have stared to accept payments in Bitcoin and some of virtual currencies like perfectmoneny and skill as well. Bitcoin is the most popular currency and there are some ATM machines too in UAE and few countries for Bitcoin withdrawal. I don't know in future the companies will consider btc as a payment option because of the huge fluctuation in btc prices.

I've also tried at least locally to create bitcoin acceptance, but the concern that many of they tell me is how they're going to get providers to accept bitcoin too? at the end of the day everything has to be a chain of supplies, so we have to start there for everything to work.

sure many of them are now already aware but the problem is that they are still doubting on whether they will accept btc as a form of payment gateway or not because they are also aware that volatility can zap thier potential profit   .

regulated and stability arent also a good idea if implemented in btc because there will be more problems that we can face when compared to the old version of btc .
