I think the altcoin price increase depends on rising bitcoin prices rather than ethereum prices, because what I see is that ethereum prices increase when bitcoin rises, but not always. usually it can happen depending on the altcoin request itself.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

In my opinion, it is very unique that for the price movements of all Altcoins it is very dependent on Bitcoin and Ethereum. We know that these two coins have an important role in crypto development. And until now it is very visible that when Bitcoin prices rise or fall. All coins also follow the movements of the Bitcoin.

Prices of altcoins depends on the prices of BTC and ETH. But they mostly depends on the price of BTC. As everything is compared to BTC.

yes, some of the altcoins have a price dependence on BTC and ETH, this happens because every investor always sees ETH and BTC when they will invest in altcoins.
well, we have witnessed this very often. sometimes a decrease occurs in bitcoin, or ETH, although a little can be fatal for other altcoins. even more so if the development is quite slow. in fact, altcoin, which is fast developing, is quite difficult to survive when the price of bitcoin or eth decreases.
A little decrease from bitcoin and ethereum gives a lot of decrease to the altcoins. This caused by those altcoin holders are liquidating their coin into the ethereum and bitcoin, they have tried to hold that as fast as they can. This will create pressure on the market.

absolutely true, the price of altcoins directly depends on BTC and ETH, moreover ETH also depends on BTC ... there is not a single coin that would surpass the success of bitcoin, it is like a presenter, all coins react to bitcoin and dependent ... it seems to me it'll be this way forever.

It actually depends on both eth or btc. For some reasons, like the little pump recent days ago it was started by litecoin.

To me it doesn't depend ... but it's a factor of pump and dump when alternative coin is discussed.. Because if bitcoin or ethereum goes down.. altcoin  follows .. but they can also go up without bitcoin and ethereum

Lot of altcoins almost following the price of bitcoin so its normal for me to understand for those altcoins getting increasing if the price of bitcoin is also happening too.

Right, the influence of bitcoin and ethereum is very strong, this is certainly related to the marketcap that is in bitcoin and ethereum, I hope someday transactions with USD vs altcoins will be bigger so it doesn't depend on bitcoin and ethereum.

Always price of altcoin depend how bitcoin and ethereum, when eth and btc raised to higher price will make altcoin on higher price too, but when btc and eth at lower price all of altcoin on the same place become lower price.

Definitely yes, many or most alternate coins depends on btc or eth for price to go up. Although most projects with a strong use case can go all the way up irrespective of what state the btc or eth is

Since most of the alt coins are traded with BTC or ETH. SO I think altcoins prie are dependent on the price of this two.
What is your opinion please share.
In my opinion, I think the price of most altcoin depends only on Bitcoin, it does not depend on Ethereum and even Ethereum is dependent on Bitcoin, which is a rule of the market.

Watching the market situation for a few years, I would say the same things. All altcoins including Ethereum depend on the price of Bitcoin. This was extremely evident in 2017 during the bull run and in 2018 during the bloodbath.

Depends to the coins that you have even the ethereum and bitcoin increase the value if the coin that you holding is not potential it will not follow the price of the bitcoin and ethereum so it means it will not increase. Those coins who are follow the price of the ethereum and bitcoin is only potential or have chance to increase. But you make sure once the bitcoin and ethereum rise more coins will up for sure.

I'm following some of the coins I've got from previous bounty campaign and some coins that I've invested in, I only notice one thing, they follow the price of Bitcoin and Eth, although some coins show resistance by showing positive, when the top two coins are in negative, but  only three or five coins only show resistance.

Well, not all coins, but 90% of course depends, a lot of altcoin on the market in the last 3 months gave a good percentage of growth , and bitcoin actually trampled on the spot , I think you need to learn technical analysis to make good money

Every alt is dependent on Btc movement. They're some coins that pump with Btc others fall with Btc pump. Directly or indirectly, Btc movement affects every alt out there.

so far the best crypto currency is bitcoin and the best altcoin is ETH and maybe also with a higher value than the other coins and investors make the benchmark of other coins too

2018, something else developed. It became clear that all of these funded ICOs were not diligenced by real tech experienced angels or VCs — they were mostly not tokens you would really want to invest into. Previously, all of these coins were correlated to the rising price of Bitcoin and Ethereum, but now it is dragging them down. They are all correlated, and the big section of the overall market cap is sinking the ‘crypto ship’ in general.
