Every word that comes from Keiser's mouth is a lie. When he says pump, he means dump, and when he blasphemously uses the name of the Almighty, he means the power of evil, the fallen angel, Satan.

This is true.  It has been months and he has tried to never directly talk about it as if he is directly involved.  I think/hope it's just a matter of liability and conflict of interest with his current position.

Maxcoin is up 50-60% from 1.7k low in January. Small corrections are normal, we are still in uptrend. My prediction is 4k in next few months.

Tell this to those unfortunate people who bought when Max Keiser said Buy now when its still under $10, $5, $2 etc etc in the trollbox of now closed exchange mcxnow.com
He falsly advertised this coin to noobs. Its a shame that he is great anti-establishment leader but used his influence to defraud people of their money. Although i am not sure if he was misled by developers or was too enthusiastic and couldn't see that this coin has nothing backing it except his name & promise of his contacts investing in this coin. When that promise evaporated & he abandoned it for Startcoin, Maxcoin became pretty dead. Any value it will gain now is due to community finally taking over after a year & reduction in inflation every year. Devs dont communicate or update frequently & they made a mistake by changing total supply. People lose confidence in the coin due to this type tinkering, another example is vericoin which is very strong in tech but due to rollback fiasco its trading hugely undervalued at 5000 satoshi.

Does anyone have an idea when the mcxnow's successor MtMox will be up? I remember I bought few MaxCoins for some huge price over 20K like a year ago. :-)  I had 2 mcxnow shares which I was promised will be migrated to mtmox, the only problem is that most probably mtmox will never see the day light.

It might actually [greatly] reward current and future coin holders.

All the huge corporations spending hundreds of billions per year doing exactly the same thing via stock buybacks, really need to get a hold of you for financial advice.

Imagine the money you can save companies like Apple by convincing them to stop "tinkering" with the bloated supply.  hahaha!


Edit:  And as for the devs not posting much? It's also part of their plan.  Small minded investors get scared and dump cheap while smart investors buy it all up. 

Thus the rich get richer and the poor stay dumb.

Move on to other coins with actual, potential, futures and spread your enthusiasm there. Stop wasting your time on coins like these.

And no, I'm not trying to "secretly" buy any maxcoin, I just see you constantly posting on threads of dead coins like these(ix for ex) and it's a huge waste of your time, and money if you're actually buying these coins.

That's the problem, that makes devs like central bankers who dont allow true price discovery by changing things. cryptocurrency is all about decentralization and chopping and changing by devs of key variables that affect the price makes it centrally controlled. This makes it no better than digital Ecuador currency which gov can change anytime.

I wonder if anybody believes this anymore. This coin had so much potential... It's truly sad the wrong decisions (?) or greed (?) led it to despair. I  have mined about 3000 of them from the beginning. Too bad some of them got Goxxed into MCXnow (where are they btw) for the critical week the price went to hell...

Max cannot delete anything from this thread.  And mods are not gonna play your personal delete button.  The only cases they delete posts is for trolling and off topic and no mod is gonna do that on a daily basis for any one thread.

Why would he want the coin to disappear?  That's impossible.  No alt-coin can disappear.  Ever.  It can just approach absolute zero and be banned by the government.  But even then you can still use it [on the black market].

So Max is down to half of 1 penny, from $2.40 and you think max keiser, a millionaire and who owns tens of thousands of Bitcoins is sitting there right now saying:  Ahhhh, I can't buy this coin until AFTER it bottoms out.  I guess I gotta keep waiting while Vlad, who owns a total of few dozen Bitcoins, keeps buying.  hahahaa

Max Keiser has probably been buying for 12 months now.  All the way down.  That's how you get 70% of a coin and that's the goal.  How do I know?  Cause if I were gonna pump millions into a coin I would want 50%-70% of said coin.

Interesting. Two opposite views throughout. Buy. Sell. Yet all still motivated enough to post here. I think I'll hold on for a while longer. I might as well. If I sold my stash I wouldn't get much for it anyway.

A bit of tech stuff here. Keccak is one of the most unique algos out there with Cryptonote (XMR etc) being the top class among the altcoins. If you have older h/w (it's very possible if you belong to the 1st/2nd gen miners) most possible you'd want to mine for a good alt coin. Unfortunately, if you'd choose Cryptonote your Ati card was out of luck (Nvidia is king here) so you end up with... Keccak.

Up until a certain point, mining for MAX was a nice way to make a buck (if you had the ability to mine with cheap electricity) or even hold your stash for future use and hope for the better. Well, it got a bit ugly later, and "the better" never came. At this price mining for MAX is not profitable and the only way to do so is, either because you have inside info that "MAX 2 DA MOON" etc or, you "just have that gut feeling".

Personally, I don't expect a lot from MAX. Not until a better wallet comes out, more exchanges are involved, or something else -pretty significant- happens.
