Well, it is very difficult to stop people from launching scam ICOs. BTC One thing we can do that is to spread the knowledge between the people about to difference a scam in a legit project.

I think we should protect to issue scam ICOs in the crypto market. It creates misconception between new user and about market. What you think?

We cannot stop an ICO's on launching because they have budget on their marketing plans no matter what we do. However, we can protect ourselves and other member or investors for being scam by an ICO in our own ways. We should check the whitepaper of an ICO before investing on it, it should have a realistic offers and not the too good to be true because it may smell fishy in the first place. Investigation is a must before  joining on a ICO, you must check its user's review and should be supported and has positive feedback from the community.

I think it cannot be stopped. Scams are everywhere and you cannot resist them actually. But yes, we can avoid them and then ban them. We can discourage them by avoiding properly.

We don't have anything to do about trick of ICO propelling on the grounds that as a matter of first importance we don't figure out what is genuine or counterfeit we have seen after the finish of their exercises, so for me each ICO lounching I need to acknowledge and attempting to coordinate who knows this is a decent ICO venture conveying to the great aim serving to all individuals.

There is no way to stop them becasue they are like the plague, there is no way to end with them, regulations were suppose to stop with them but it seems to do not be working.

I am yet to understand or how one can identify the real ICO or the Fake one. Alot of people have come up their own ideas and thoughts on how to identify good ICOs but you found out that finally, some of the projects they rebel as Fake comes out clean and good.  it hard to pick out the good ones. from the look of things it is clear that the outcome  of a project depends on the community. also the amount of money been pushed into it.
far from this you never can tell.

Everything about ICOs sucks. if you are lucky, you win. iF Not you get burned.

I think we can't stop the launch of ico scam. because we don't know from the beginning that there is a scam ico. that we can do is choose the ico who has a team who can be trusted and have good prospects for the future. therefore, we can avoid the scam ico if we can choose ico well.

We can not stop the scam ICOs but we can avoid it by making careful research for an ICO that gets our interest as investors.

I think we can't because ICO needs to be transformed into something else which would not allowed to be scam and deceive

No we can. In one very simple action. If the community will stop buying scam coins and support such projects with their money - they will stop appearing every day. As simple as that. All in our hands

Yes we are all doesnt want scam ICO to be freely run their ICO. The most problem we are facing is, we cannot know whether the ICO is scam or not first.
I think we can avoid this kind of ICO by only investing our money to a verify ICO project on some review or rating site. They usually required ICO team to do KYC.

Actually, ICOs barely are complete fraud. For me the irrefutable problem turns out to be oftentimes one poor business proposition.

Its not easy and I think it cant be stopped. Because you cant stop people from launching the ICO. What we have to do is to let people know the kind of ICO by educating them on how to find a good ICO

The only way is to do a proper research and don`t invest in scam .

People must understand what to make money from investments it`s a lot of research in play ....

So when pseudo investor will learn this lesson will be less scam ICO and also SEC started to check all ICO what are on the market .

While it is worrisome that nothing has been done to the best of my knowledge about scam ICOs, it won't be out of place to begin publishing our findings about suspicious ICO for forum members to follow up investigations so that we can begin to a definition of some disturbing matters.

Maybe if this kind of thing nobody can call them, because they also have the same rights as we want to do anything. What is important is that we avoid ICOs that are 'likely' to fail or anything, try to be more precise and recognize the background of the project by looking for references from a variety of trusted sources.

We can't stop them from launching their ico because we can't know if their project is scam at the beginning. Some of the project that turns to scam has good whitepaper, website. Some of them deliver too their project but at the very end turns into nothing and just leave the project. I think the only way for us is not to invest on this and before that of course we need some information about their company and other way is to invest only what money we can lose.

Scam ico is the evil of nowdays. Only the legislative framework is able to control ICO and protect investors. Already different communities unite to fight against it. For example cryptocurrency police community platform  are  created to fight  with such type fraud.
