The most important thing here is that you should hold a project with great potential to change the space

I got IOTX from GATE .io 28th of may 196000 @ .00004600 ETH.  Then after one or two hour i sold it to @ .00004800.

After 3 days means June 1st , one IOTX went to .00014ETH. 

if i sell June 1st  196000 * .00014 *590 = 16189$
Investment is = 5300$
so i have lost = 10800$

so in this story if i could wait 3 days , i have profit of 10000 USD. so in this case i am saying please be patient. wait wait. good coins always give a good reward to you

only "IF" you could wait 3 more days, but it seems that your are too eager to sell it for some reason, or you just panic due to the bear market. but dont think about it, just move on, at first its hard to forget, but you will forget about it in no time.

Your senses is not good enough to give you signal to hold for 3 more days, besides trading is like guessing on what is the direction up or down. Anyways the good point you gain profits and you get experience. Move on and look ahead there's many opportunities in crypto. Past is past you can't undo the situation.

Patience and balls is the big key for you to earn really big here in crypto it's either go big or go home. If you're giving your full trust on a project on their coin yes it may go down than what you've paid for if you have trust on that you should wait try and hodl on your coins.

that was really sad, and I feel your regret. I do have the same experienced before, I bought an altcoin with a cheap amount, then suddenly increases after a month, it was really a bad experience.

only "IF" you could wait 3 more days, but it seems that your are too eager to sell it for some reason, or you just panic due to the bear market. but dont think about it, just move on, at first its hard to forget, but you will forget about it in no time.

That's the best thing to do, move on and forget about it, those opportunities should be learned and use it as a learning process to play with this wild market inside exchange, we really can't tell when the value will go up or down, the best thing to do is to learn from your experience, that will bring good instinct and you will be able to anticipate if value will fall or will continue to grow, aside from that you will also learn how short and long different from each others in terms of gaining profits.

I don't think you lost your money here,all you did is lost the profits if you can hold it more but you still made profits with your investment.First of all you need to contented with your earnings and don't be too greedy because mostly greed will tend to lose more.But think can be a good lesson for you to hold more but no one knows that when the price will increase or decrease so it will be better to aim small profits.

Yes he actually did not lose his money, rather he lost an opportunity to maximize profit and I want to believe poor timing was the culprit because knowing to choose a right coin to buy just before it get pumped, shows good research and analysis. I think what OP needs, is to enhance and fine tune his exit strategy = suggest the use of a combo of RSI and Bollinger bands to get some clearer pictures of an overbought market about to reverse and he will be on his way to picking up all those money, he has been leaving on the table.

You didn't lose anything, you made profit but yes you could have made more if you didn't sell early. This happens with me as well but taking profit is always good instead waiting and becoming greedy for more. We can't guess if we'll gain more or we can lose the current profit as well.
