Recently I faced a bad luck. here the story

I got IOTX from GATE .io 28th of may 196000 @ .00004600 ETH.  Then after one or two hour i sold it to @ .00004800.

After 3 days means June 1st , one IOTX went to .00014ETH. 

if i sell June 1st  196000 * .00014 *590 = 16189$
Investment is = 5300$
so i have lost = 10800$

so in this story if i could wait 3 days , i have profit of 10000 USD. so in this case i am saying please be patient. wait wait. good coins always give a good reward to you

Also, dumps in the market are known to be temporary and as such, holding is necessary because there is always a tendency for the market to recover and once it starts to rise, profit will again be earned. It is just the price which is falling and not the amount of holding. Recovery will soon take place and we just have to wait for a little longer.

Well, you didn't really lose anything, you just missed out on the chance to earn more.
That's a lot different than actually losing money.

There are some things to consider though, like volume.
If you were trading a high volume on a low volume exchange, the price fluctuation would be much more severe.
So you wouldn't be able to get optimal price as consistently.

Also, you should be thinking of value not in $dollars, but in btc (or eth if that is what you use to cash out).
Since the prices of crypto are so volatile and a lot of it is based off of btc's value, it should be the standard you look at, not $$.

you are WRONG about everything.

first of all from your  comment it is obvious you are gambling not investing.

secondly you have made 4.3% profit in 1-2 hours and you are complaining about this profit?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

third you have to think about it this way:
if you randomly help this coin and instead of going up it went down to 0.00001000 ETH you would have lost A LOT OF money.

and finally you made a huge mistake of not buying back when you saw the rise. in fact when you sold this shitcoin at 0.00004800 you made a solid good decision and you made a solid profit. but then you saw the rise days after that but you did nothing and just stood by instead of jumping on the pump wagon. THAT is where you lose opportunity.

ps. as you are complaining about this random shitcoin, there are at least 6 other shitcoins being pumped today that you are also missing out on making profit there....

said it all, made a great profit in the range of two hours. but I'm sure the author wanted alot more of the profits. It's good to just dump some shitcoins in  time to avoid losing all accumulated profits

Truly patience is the key if you want to succeed in crypto
I have learnt my lesson in the hard way, by panicking and dumping my tokens
for very cheap price. But now the more I hold, the more the decline.
It seems am running out of my patience.

   Always remember "Patience is the key to Success". Panic selling could not help us to gain profit instead it will bring us to have more losses. Always check the coins that you have if you know that this coin has a potential to grow then hold it and do not panic to sell.
