your site was down for few hours and i stopped mining on your pool and now when your site back i try to LOGIN but it's says token expired i have try many many times but same error !! and again your site is not working.

Try clearing your cache.  Someone else had a similar problem and closing their browser and opening it did the trick.  We changed IPs so I think that is causing some problems.

That would be very cool but trading on exchanges isn't in itself promoting actual use of the currency.

I've been mining Penguin Coin and following this thread since the first launch attempt, and having just re-read the OP I can't actually see anything mentioned about planned promotion.

I'm wondering, other than trying to trade (dump) in exchange for established crypto-currencies, what promotion is being done to proliferate its use?
