bitcoin down, altcoin rise. why?

The price of cryptocurrency is regulated by bitcoin because to my observation all other altcoins are build around bitcoin so the price of bitcoin will automatically affects that of Altcoins. Not all altcoins price are up at the moment some are extremely down the advantage of demands help those that are up.

Great that this question arise here in the forum. There are lots of people including me that gets curious with this current situation and problem arising here in the crypto world. But I guess, then the Bitcoin is the King of all cryptp currencies so, when the price of Bitcoin changes, then the other crypto currency will tend to change also.

I do not understand what happened to some altcoins, I know that when correction, red altcoin dominates the crypto market.

but when the bitcoin correction, there is still altcoin that has increased and rises significantly.

Perhaps you mean something like this, why when the bitcoin price is stable then the altcoin price keeps rising?
which I know, when the bitcoin price goes down automatically the altcoin price will go down.
it's all because bitcoin becomes the price benchmark of altcoin.
if the bitcoin price has stabilized, then the altcoin will continue to rise in price.

as we know that altcoin and bitcoin is the one of trading media, so we can see about the price increasing an decreasing, also we can see that there are many FUD in this forum and internet, FUD can makes the bitcoin and other coin price is down so i think there are many factor that make bitcoin price is going down

fuds dont affect the price of cryptos , the main factor that affect their price is when someone sells or buy a crypto .

Altcoin has rise simply because alts are more indemand than bitcoin due to the fact that alts were mainly used for trading purposes  why bitcoin is less demand because its main usage is only for a currency and investment for some.


Although sometimes their price are both identical to each other ,in which case alts a price are following the btc price.

ALTcoin is 100% correlated into BTC value. When Bitcoin is bullish then people will dump their ALTcoin in order to sell into Bitcoin/fiat. When bitcoin market is bearish then people still dump their altcoin to lock in fiat value and preserve their trading account. in both ways, altcoin market will be ruined.

You absolutely nailed it and there is no such thing called trend on cryptocurrency market. Noone can catch falling knife without any special ability on financial markets. Altcoins are pegged to main cryptos and whole market will follow the main pairs.

Simply because some altcoins paired with bitcoin on trading so that is why when bitcoin crashes and so the altcoins as well. Altcoins mostly depends on the price of bitcoin demands so it is easy to say that altcoins are dependents on bitcoin market's produce. wen bitcoin down we can see about the price altcoin is increasing right? as i know its not increase, why? we can see that increase is in the bitcoin value, how about the usd value? its not increase if the bitcoin price is going down, and the price in altcoin is same when you see the usd value

I think when altcoin down compare bitcoin price, many peoples seeking opportunity by converting their bitcoin to good altcoin and maybe thats why some altcoin rising the price when bitcoin dip

As of now, everything inside crypto still relied with bitcoin, any certain movements affects the whole community, monitoring the current flow I think its moving in the same pattern, wait till bitcoin rise back and eventually traders will begin to comeback and play with alts that they've think that will bring them more gains, so continue to understand that each movement still coordinate along each other, until the time that the market will change it's way.

Maybe because some bitcoin holder converting their bitcoin to altcoin. Sometimes altcoin can survive in fluctuation market and give big profits when market recover. Beside that, many peoples do trading to double their bitcoin by trading on altcoin

I don't think the altcoins are up against bitcoin in any way rather i have seen a growing tend in the rise and fall of bitcoin that it falls and grows together with all the major altcoins therefore it goes to suggest that all cryptocurrencies go down whenever bitcoin is down and up when bitcoin goes up.

it's pretty weird seeing such developments, but it can be said the altcoin that goes up when the bitcoin price goes down is a really good coin. even coins that stick to the price also can be said as a good coin. but I think it's all thanks to the development provided by his dev, or his project is really good.

Bitcoin price falling down, does not matter, because it has session as a Crypto coin currency which leads among other alt-coin in the market as number one, therefore no alt-coin we overcome bitcoin, currently coin market is on red.

When bitcoin down, altcoin can rise or fall too. ALT/BTC
It's not rule for altcoin.
If people buy altcoin, altcoin will be rise.

Because people will sell bitcoin for buy altcoins...all altcoins are tradable with btc and eth in the first class so the down of btc and eth is logic when auther altcouns rise
