Today I launched teloscoin wallet and I have no teloscoin.

It’s likely that you use a wallet file in another place on your harddrive.
The dashbaord doesn’t necessary share the same data dir than the core wallet.
Means in the Moment you run the core wallet, it creates a new empty wallet in its own data dir

About cryptomages beta in 2019 ..

Now the team is manipulating the valuation of their shitcoins (teloscoin, xbtx classic, xbtx, bam etc etc etc thousands of tokens) because the current increases are not natural.
