I think panic selling affects the market because many investors are selling their coin with fear of losing their money, since they only think about the money they lost, they will cut their losses instead of holding it.

If we do sell then token supply do increase and the demands going lesser which means it does lower its price and thats have simply economics works. It does affects mainly the holders, traders or investors in the crypto market. Just think if majority of them do panic sell at the same time, we know that the crypto market follows law of supply and demand.

IMO, panic selling is when investors sell cryptos at low prices to cut losses, and if many investors panic sells at the same time will make the crypto rates decline rapidly. It is common practice for inexperienced investors to fear that if they do not sell, the exchange rate will continue to fall.

Yes i definitely agree with you, the business in cryptocurrency and its price value depends on the supply and demand of that coin. The more you sell the coins the higher its supply of coins and therefore the price value will also decrease. And the other way around is that if we hold our coins the higher its demand and therefore the increase of price value is expected. That's why we should hold still on our coins as long as we can.

This is basic question, well ofcourse when panic selling occur the crypto market get dump and bloody especially when the bitcoin has the major dump ,all altcoins follows because they are all co relation to BITCOIN . If your on trading better always have a plan for a cut loss and you should always look at the movement of bitcoin when it drops in price yout altcoin will follow so its better to immediately sell your altcoin then buy back when its too deep.

It affects the market as a wave. For example, the coin began to fall, the most cowardly began to sell it, it accelerated its fall, began to sell the mother players. Seeing a sharp jump down, the bears begin to press the market even lower and so on.
