When the market are falling, it is not quickly cause of panic selling, if there's a negative news are appear in crypto and spreading a FUD it will be caused by panic. |

This reminds me to february when you had also a similiar scenario and the same responses, panic sellers on one hand and smart investors on the other who bought more. However, I notice now that many assets are below february prices so I wonder how smart you are if you buy low and a few months later you noticed you were still buying high as it went much deeper afterwards |

The panic selling will make others sell their coins as well. the more the panic selling there is the low the price will be. More people who don't believe it, the more panic selling there will be. And the circle goes on adn on. And the situation will be worse and worse. Panic selling can affect the market even you sold small amount considering the volume of people on panic. The market will go deeper because of that, but I think the market will recover right after hitting the bottom because that is where whales enter the market again. |

The Basic Law of Supply and Demand can be applied to this problem. Once people started panicking and selling their coins because of the fear that the price of their coins will continuously drop, the price of that coin/ value of coins will really drop. If they sell their coins, the supply will go up and the demand will go lower. Once the Demand go lower, the price of that coin will also go lower. That's why if people are constantly buying or even having a transaction with other people, the price will go higher.

From the mass selling, we can conclude that the demand for the coin drastically crashes. And since the price is based from the law of supply and demand, low demand means low price. |
