For example when there is a big sell wall, or some negative news come out  a panic selling can start
and some of them start selling with loss. It affects the market as there will be higher supply than demand
and the price will drop. If it happens with BTC it can affect the entire crypto market.

Not much you can do about it, people attribute the big dips with a lot of panic selling, maybe that's not the actual cause and these panic sellers are actually the scapegoat, false accusations when the real cause remains hidden. It could easily be market manipulation or whale movements.

Just rife on how the whales planned to do it to manipulate the certain situation, but all we have to do is be patient. There will be a good time to come so we can hold our asset because those whales will eventually make it better in the future.

panic has a bad effect on the value of coins because the demand for coins falls and because of this their price falls

Panic seller affect the market in big time but at the same time they help market.because when they  feel panic and sold off their coin,we will have chance to buy at more kower rate and be able to sell when the bull come.. But in the long run it always have negative effect on the price stability

How do panic selling affects the market and why does it affects the coins value?

It doesn't affect in any ways. Selling coins is just selling coins and doesn't have anything to do with price increase or decrease. It only affects the person who sold the coins whether they earn money or not.

well of course because it will make a difference where there will be a lot of sellers than buyers and that will affect the price because surely prices will decrease where sales demand is more and make it unbalanced

of course it is very influential, because basically the rise and fall of the coin price on the market depends also on supply and demand. if a lot of people get panicked when the market goes down in price and immediately sell it at a low price when the trend is down, the market will definitely get worse, because no one is interested in buying it but instead sells on a large scale.

just a little advice if the market conditions decline very deeply and the loss if you sell it should keep the coin hold and if you have other capital to repurchase the coin at a low price, then the coin you invest will increase and if later the price is back up the profits can also be greater.

How do panic selling affects the market and why does it affects the coins value?
In a short time, the more panic selling there is, the low the price will be. So when we feel panic, we will do the wrong choice. As for the selling of the coins, we may sell them without consider the price which will do great harm to the price of the coins.

in my opinion, there are now many big investors who sell lots of coins, maybe they hear negative news that can affect coins, then many people sell their coins at a low price and that can affect the market value and after that the market price will be compared to buyers.

Intensive sales in panic affects the value of a coin very badly. Well, it's about supply and demand. It is unreasonable to expect receivers to buy at a high price when the number of buyers is low and the number of sellers is large.

Imagine 80 percent of investors of eth was panic selling due to the dip that is happening and this 80% investment in eth will affect the price of eth because the demand was less than usual, that is why panic selling or buying does affects the market.

How do panic selling affects the market and why does it affects the coins value?

When you panic sell, you sell tokens regardless of its price. You are just afraid of losing its value during a market crash. This affects the market negatively because once you sell them at very cheap prices, it will be difficult for the coin to recover its true price. It's demand becomes low because it is being sold at very low prices.

One of the downside of crypto this happens when people become sacred of crypto outcome and start selling their coins at a ridiculous price. This always make price of a token drop down

How do panic selling affects the market and why does it affects the coins value?
It will make the price low. We may find the price of them will be low suddenly. Or the coin will disappear all of a sudden. We may suffer a great lose at the time.

If a lot of people sells their coin, the demand for the coin will decrease and there price will get lower. Crypto currency market also have the same law when it comes to price. The law of supply of demand. No need to become a genius to understand how it works. Panic selling can cause a hodler to sell at a very low price. This could cause harm on the coin value.

Google trend = horizontal line for months and months. As long as google trend doesn't go up, there will not be a price rise, no matter how much you hope/wish/want. Give it up and come back when google trend goes up. Bye.

Google trends usually follow the price rather than other way round.
