Panic is one of the most difficult processes for us. Perhaps the most difficult obstacle to overcome. Those who can remove it from themselves can make good returns in the market with logical decisions.

During the panic selling, the price of the coin starts to decline sharply, this makes other users also sell their coins. After that, many lose confidence in the cryptocurrency and forget about common sense sell coins at a loss.

Panic selling really does effect on the token/coin's price because it makes it's valued lower. Some users/investors especially those that are new Cryptocurrency will simply sell their tokens because of FUD they have heard. Less than they are of these things and they just simply dump their crypto to make their money safe. But they don't really know how it will really affect the token's price and the market itself. If we will just educate those who do not understand the market, I think we can manage the market more.

panic sales will always occur it is always done by those people who entered the market recently and do not understand that you need to wait until the market grows, of course, all this negatively affects the growth of the entire market, but it is always temporary, after such sales almost always comes a good growth. of course it will affect the price of coins because everyone does not think and will sell at any price and that also causes a significant price decline

How do panic selling affects the market and why does it affects the coins value?
Yes probably. Because the traders are making reckless trade value just to get their tokens to get sold. But it would only affect the market if the trader has a high volume of tokens. But if the trader has low volume tokens, it would just bounce back immediately.

they not only panic on the market but they also panic on social media and create an FUD from their conversations and also influence other friends and it makes every person he knows sells his assets because of that the crypto price always down.

I myself experienced panic when selling tokens, and instead worsened the price of tokens. And I realize panic sell is very influential on prices in the market. I should be more patient again, because of the panic I sold all my tokens. And what happens token prices are destroyed.
