Since this is not the time to sell, tokens are stored on several MEWs. It may take several years before some addresses are unlocked for the first time.I think it's safe, then as long as I do not start to move the tokens from my wallet.

I always believe in myetherwallet.com and you can create wallet quickly. Then I will use IMtoken.mytoken and other wallet to store my encrypted currency.

I put on myetherwallet, when I started joining bitcoin industry I don't encounter any problem on safekeeping or security of my token. And i remember some time my friend put there token on exchange and on the other day it's already gone i don't know how it happen but this is real.

Hey guys, where do you store your tokens? On your ethereum wallet or on an exchange, or maybe you store your tokens somewhere else? Give me some recommendations, where my tokens will be in complete safety?

If I have no plans to sell in the near future, I prefer to store it in personal wallets like MyEtherWallet. It is always better to keep it where you have full control (private key).

Better not to store your token in exchanges because it is very risky for we know that there are exchanges were hacked from the past. Better to put it in a wallet and don't always open it if it is an online wallet to avoid the hijackers.

We have 2 type of wallet cold and hot wallet.
Cold wallet: Accounts within digital asset exchanges like Binance and Bittrex are considered hot wallets.
Hot wallet: There are different kinds of cold wallets but I’m only going to focus on the hardware variety.

Actually, if you have tons of tokens you must store under cold wallet and you can choose one of hardware wallet brands: Trezor.io, Ledger Nano S and KeepKey.

Most of my token stored at MyEtherWallet and once I need it to convert to fiat, I transfer my token to my exchange account. There is instance my token is directly stored to my exchange account to avoid transaction fee. Storing your token is always depends on you and what will you choose wallet as long as your token is secure there is no question what wallet you will choose.

I'm keeping all my token at myetherwallet. Because exchange is not so much safe in my oopinion. MEW seems safer to me. Many times Myetherwallet is hack, but metamask is very safe to use. So I like to keep my all tokens on mew.

I store my tokens in the wallet which the coin creators have provided for the coin. If it is an erc20 token then I store the tokens on sites like myetherwallet or mycrypto because I know that these places allow me to keep the private keys to my wallet myself. It is always safest to use the approved wallets. Never store you coins on exchanges

I store most of my tokens on hardware wallet because it is very secured and i want to hold them for a long time so security is very important. It is very good for the price and you don't have to worry about private key anymore. It's not recommended to store your coin on exchange as there's always risk of getting hacked or suspended.

I keep some in exchange and partly also in myetherewallet
for security I think more secure in myetherwallet because our private key hold, no third party

the most popular and trusted purse is Tresor. there is also a cold storage option. I probably would not trust the exchange, you never know what will happen to it.

I store most of my tokens in my nano ledger. Definitely cold storage wallets like the nano ledger and trezor are the safest place to store tokens. I won’t lie though I store some tokens, especially airdrop tokens in my meta-mask wallet.  It’s safer than just a mew wallet. The coins that I have that are not erc20 tokens and cannot be stored in a mew, I download paper wallets for those.  The only time I keep anything on an exchange is when I have an active order in place.  When the order is complete I move the tokens or coins out of the exchange.

But still be careful also with MyEtherWallet because a few months ago I've heard some users who stole their tokens by hackers. They use phishing web to steal it, so it's better if using MEW you have to bookmark the original MEW site. That is real, as is the case with today's cryptocurrency price reductions, this is because an exchange is cracked. I guess will give effect also to token or coin that we have in exchange.

I save my token in MEW wallet, and ethereum asset on exchange. Until now there's no problem with my token, hopefully my token is stored securely.
