Hi All I just installed the Karmacoin QT. I scanned my computer yesterday with antivirus and anti-malware and it was clean. I scanned the Karmacoin install.exe and it was clean. I scanned the install folder and it was clean. I then scanned my roaming data folder and then my computer froze up which it has never done before. I turned it off and rebooted. My antivirus then prompted me that my real time scanning is off. I attempted to run a scan and it has error'd and will not scan. My antivirus then closed and auto updated and auto scanning was fixed. It has now repeated the process of live scanning disabling and cannot run scans then updating. I scanned my computer yesterday with antivirus and anti-malware and it was clean. I scanned the install.exe and it was clean. I scanned the install folder and it was clean. Has anyone had any similar issues or explain what may have cause this? Many thanks  can't say i have. also there is a total hashpower network with over 900 Mh/s sec. some pools have around 300 miners. proably over 1000 miners. no one has yet had this problem nope. not the qt. we've had plenty of discussion here in the thread tonight/today and not a single word has been said about malware. i scan every wallet and archive i download for crypto, it's clean. scan the archive, and then the extracted qt here before installing any wallet. http://virustotal.com |

PC IS HAS NO VIRUS so not the QT |

what about a coin logo contest. I think OP failed to collect enough coins thru his own pool. His pool wasn't working properly during launch and his plan failed. But the coin is 0% premine though. He is looking for donations now.....lol. There is a least chance that he may set bounty for logo contest. |

AV technical support team did a triage analysis and confirmed the problem was cause by either a conflict between my AV and Malwarebytes or it was caused by my computer crashing. They uninstalled Malwarebytes and reinstalled my AV remotely and all is fine now. AV technical support also remotely confirmed that there was NO INFECTIONS FOUND. PC HAD NO VIRUS so not the QT. Sorry for the noob scare and many thanks to everyone who posted to help me and reassure me. Good luck and may many coin and much riches land it your wallets. |
