No, there is a lot happening, its just taking some time.  Kitteh has been moved to the LTC market.  Where they has been a lot of movement. Well, that's official - Cryptsy is removing MEOW/BTW market.
I really liked this coin and have great sentiment to it!

I see this a good thing.  They should also remove the LTC market too.
If you look back, things started going downhill (as with most coins) after it was added to Cryptsy.

One it's de-listed completely, it won't get mined and dumped.

There are definitely still people working on this but as I stated when I moved to focusing on Syscoin- if the community doesn't step up the coin will suffer. A select few people have stepped up but the majority of "bagholders" maintained their positions on the couch, complaining.
