What factors scare others from investing into bitcoin?

Last few days I also thinking about this matter. After thinking I find out some reason. To me the first reason now the reduction of price. Many people scare about the price reduction. But to me it is an opportunity. So they who are scared about this matter they did not study the crypto market. Another thing which scare the people is social media. There are a huge rumor against the crypto at social media, but we have no strong defense against it. And last thing is the volatility. Some people think it as positive but some are negative. So, they who are negative, scare from investing.

The risks of investing in Bitcoin crypto currency are related, first of all, to the peculiarities of bitcoin itself. Despite the fact that today this crypto-currency is decentralized, gradually bitcoin will increase the desire for centralization.

I think bitcoin, there are many factors that could affect the decision of the people on investing in bitcoin. In my opinion, first is bitcoin being volatile because if they invest there is a chance that the money you invest will have a great loss because of its change in price in the market. Next is that maybe they are afraid because there are other guts or what if's thing in their mind, that what if bitcoin price will fall and disappear or what if bitcoin will be regulated by government.

The volatility is very scary specially if you're a newbie investing on a currency that has no actual value. Bitcoins represent nothing. Literally nothing but it has value, which is kind of amazing if you think about it. I guess that's the scary part about bitcoins is that it's a bubble ready to pop anytime.

I think the factor that might be a reason to have some doubts in investing in the company and management of bitcoin is the scammed which is happened in some investors in their company.

Volatility, Loss of Capital, Transaction Problems (History of high fees and long waiting time), better alternatives (Paypal for fast transactions, Gold/Stocks for long term investing)
these are the main points that into my mind.
Also, the hype in december was just because EVERYBODY could make money. Right now the market is shit thats why they arent investing. Maybe they will jump back at the bangwagon when we make higher highs (12k and +20k)

They are scared to their beliefs that bitcoin is a scam and bitcoin is one of the scamhere on earth . Theres a lot of speculations about bitcoin that are absoultely not true.

I think it is the price actually and the fact that only demand from investors are deciding the price of 1 Bitcoin,
Just thinking about it really scares the new investors because they think that maybe someday the old investors would just take their profit and sell all of their holdings .

If the state bans BTC, banks prohibit BTC transactions, and close exchanges, etc. Some kinds of measures prohibit people from investing in BTC!
Many investors will withdraw from BTC's investment!

In my opinion, the other things that might be scare them is because the unstable price and the fact how risky the bitcoin is. Beside that, some countries that banned bitcoin can be one of the reason why they are afraid to invest in bitcoin.
