People like investing in profitable areas. Bitcoin is one on-line investment area where people are rushing to invest. The cryptocurrency has however received criticism from many investors saying it’s a bubble and expecting it to collapse.

I think it is because of is price since bitcoin really changes its price in just a short period of time and right now it is still at its low point. People are getting scared of it and thinks of it in a negative way. However, it could also be in a positive way because it gives us the lowest price as possible to buy some of it and hold until it inflates again though the possibility is not really sure, I still trust bitcoin.

For me, it's the volatily aspect of its assets. It's just so difficult to rely on something could spiral down at any point even if you prepare or do your homework on it. It really makes you think if such kind of investment is a good one because it can put your money or capital down the drain at any point. Also, with the many negative news swirling around the cryptocurrency market and its assets, it would be normal for some people to fear that it won't make it out of the slump that it usually carries most of the time. It's easy, though, to believe things, especially if you do not know and study how the market really works.

Agree. I believe that the most critical factor that's making investors afraid into joining Bitcoin in the first place, it's the huge volatility in price. Due to this, you're virtually gambling in an asset which doesn't have a stable value. At any moment it could either go up in price or go all the way down the drain. As such, it's becoming more difficult for an average person or serious investor to buy and hold Bitcoin for the long term.

Perhaps, with upcoming regulations from governments towards exchanges, we could see more stable prices of Bitcoin in the future. However, until that happens, we'll keep seeing people who're afraid of investing into Bitcoin because of said reasons. Most people simply believe Bitcoin is a ponzi scheme or a scam, probably because of the many fraudulent activity occurring in the crypto space. Scammers are all around in crypto land, and anyone can easily be fooled by them. Therefore, until strict regulations come into effect from governments around the world, we'll keep seeing such inconveniences within Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies for a long time. Well 1 and 2 are pretty reasonable reasons I'd say. I wouldn't fault anyone for coming up with those. 3 isn't really reasonable, but I guess I can understand that people might think that at first. But really a little bit of research should reveal to most that it's not the case at all.

Hi, don't considering people who never invested money in their life and never will do, some people are scared of investing in bitcoin because they think it's a scam. other people don't invest because they don't understand bitcoin and how it works (like Warren Buffett) and others because are scared to lose too much money.

Yes, I agree with this statement. I also think that the biggest factor that hinder others from investing in bitcoin is its price volatility which makes investment riskier than others because the price could pump and dump in just a snap.
