I will not link this to worldcup but i think generally there is a upsurge due now, bear trend has to come to an end and i think we are almost there, technically also we can expect bull trend soon.

I think so. During the World Cup, some bookmakers made huge profits. Of course, they will make money seem legal by laundering money. Virtual currency is a good choice. Of course, this practice violates certain laws, but it will not stop their desire for benefits. A large number of BTC and ETH transactions will follow, and prices seem to rise accordingly.
This is my personal thought. This may be naive and perhaps sensitive. Welcome to discuss.
Then those bookmakers who made much will just start cashing out their profits.

And if ever that happens the start of another dip will come, you know how things are coming when there are people that are taking their profits, whether it's from exchange or casino's.

Money will come out to the crypto market and it's also possible that the rise won't occur after World Cup.

Don't think it will have much effect, if any.

I like your way of thinking! But no, AML regulations have largely put a stop to this so I'm not expecting a surge as a result of this.

I don't think so to be honest. I believe that Russia is a crypto friendly country and during the World Cup session, a amount of transactions may happen. So it was supposed to rise the price in the time frame. But it is not happening. I think so many negative incidents are responsible behind this. But this is true that market will gradually grow if any market manipulating situation won't happen.

Looks like the market is already showing the down trend even before the world cup takes place, and now the market is trying to recover. I hope btc and eth go up again soon.  Grin

No, I don't think the end of world cup will cause a BTC pump.

Seriously, some people said that BTC will rise during the world cup and their arguments were right, still it didn't happen. End of world cup shouldn't do anything special at the bullish side me thinks.  Smiley

The World Cup will probably affect Crypto because of the public interest so large that it will be a promotional tool in the crypto. but I still hope the market can recover soon and patience is needed for now.

I doubt this will affect the cryptocurrency market in any way. I think that a positive trend in the market will happen next year. I hope that the market will recover by the end of this year, but certainly not after the world Cup.

This is a joke?)))) I think Russia, and even more so the World Cup in Russia - there is nothing to do with it.
Or do you think, due to the fact that all the cryptoinvestors went to cheer for their teams - did the cryptocurrency begin to fall?))

How it can be the start of the rise which is suppose to be the start of World Cup? You knew it that there will be a massive demand for sports book to get more bettors because of it. There's no connection of World Cup and bitcoin rise or eth, it's an independent market where it's fully depending to the demand and supply which you can see on their charts. If ever bitcoin starts to rise after the World Cup, there's no relation to it.

I don't know maybe I'm dumb, but I don't see the Direct depending between those two things... The only thing that I can put on my mind, is that people would be not so distracted from the cryptocurrencies when the World Cup will end...

I think bookmakers make so much money. They have no time to climb into the sphere of crypto-currency and learn to make money there. For them, it's too heavy for sure)

I do not think there is any relationship between cryptocurrency and the world cup.  I also think that bookmakers don't make enough profit to cardinally change the situation. At least after the biggest dip of all time we can say that this could be the positive news about the cryptocurrency. I believe the price of bitcoin and ethereum will rise as soon as the bear period is over.

I believe that the links between the world championship and cryptography are insignificant, but the earnings on altcoins bets are quite real

of course, the world championship and cryptography do not depend on each other!!! the market will start to recover soon (at least I hope so). I believe that many have used cryptocurrencies when betting on the winner-this is the maximum that can be possible)

How could we know if there is such a relationship with the bitcoin and ethereum prices with the World Cup.
I dont think they are using it for money laundering or other stuff like buying tickets with the use of it. If there is one then it will just be a little percentage which wont shake the crypto world.

Gambling though is really big using the crypto currencies but not with physical items. We wont see that for the next years. We will have to wait for bitcoin to be appreciated worldwide.

There is a serious relationship between the world cup and cryptocurrency because during the world cup period bookmakers announced that they are going to accept bitcoin and altcoins. You know that when demand of altcoins increase the price will also increase, that is the law of economics. So when the world cup ends price will drop.

actually, there is no connection between world cup and cryptocurrency, but yes hopefully your prediction is correct at the end of July after the football tournament ends up to be the revival of all cryptocurrency, the whale reinvest
