I think the right time to invest is when there is a project that has high potential for profit. in this case you must be smart in choosing an ICO project because in my opinion what makes the investment successful is a good project and when the crypto pump price will be an additional point

The only good time i know in invest in an ico is when the project is an authentic one and has good profit to be made out of it  and not a scam thats when i can invest in any ico reasons been that most icos these days are nothing but scam and one needs to be very careful before investing in any ico

currently investment in ico is not so good, but there is always an option especially on ico which is really good. yes, you still have to research it and analyze it before speculating, but if I may suggest, it's better to invest in altcoin in the current situation.

In fact, in recent times, ico companies have fallen very low. The fact is that investors scare off fraudsters who are delaying their projects. Perhaps it is because of this that many investors left the ico market for exchange.

Their token price doesn't really matter to me. I will not invest into ICO now because of the current market. I will rather buy some tokens from an already listed coins on an exchange market.

I agree with your point. And I think that the best strategy for getting good profit is investing when market goes down. But of course you should know information and news about market and crypto.
